玉龙雪山旅游区户外运动安全保障体系研究

【摘要】：户外运动是一种通过自然环境的方式来满足现代人群健康、挑战、求知、休闲等需求的运动形式。本研究以玉龙雪山为轴心形成“大玉龙”旅游区的地域、文化、旅游等资源出发,将玉龙雪山旅游区户外运动的发展为着眼点,选取玉龙雪山旅游景区管理者、救援者和户外运动参与者作为研究对象,运用访谈、问卷调查法、实地考察和数理统计等方法,对玉龙雪山旅游区户外运动安全保障进行研究,结论如下： 1.玉龙雪山旅游区适合普通的户外运动爱好者的大众健身性的户外运动项目主要有徒步穿越、初级登山、背包徒步旅行、骑行、露营等项目,随着户外运动发展,更多的户外运动项目已经进入大众的视线,呈现出发展态势； 2.户外运动理论研究和实践经验缺乏,内容与模式的尚未统一,户外运动的从业人员资质认证与培训欠缺等制约户外运动发展,虽然户外运动参与者对当前的安全因素和安全形式,都具有较强的意识与判断能力,但是其参与动机与方式的不可控性,户外相关安全保障体系的不完善,给户外运动的规范化发展带来了不少的困扰； 3.玉龙雪山旅游景区现场应急救援组主要是由安全巡逻队与急救站组成,救援组虽然具有规范的工作与服务流程,但是对救援者的应急模拟与培训单一,应急防护体系缺乏； 4.旅游区具有管理与安全体系,但是在突发和应急事件处理中存在有救援工作效率不高,专业救援管理部门缺失；现有救援者职责繁琐,以应急救援为目标的联动机制欠缺；专项资金投入的不够,应急救援设备缺乏等问题； 5.户外运动给玉龙雪山旅游区带来机遇与挑战的同时,完善安全保障体系,健全专业救援人员,对户外运动参与者安全警示是现阶段玉龙雪山旅游区进行户外运动安全保障策略。
[Abstract]:Outdoor sports is a kind of sports form which can meet the needs of modern people's health, challenge, knowledge, leisure and so on through the way of natural environment. This research takes the Yulong Snow Mountain as the axis to form the "Big Yulong" tourist area, starting from the resources such as region, culture, tourism and so on, and taking the development of outdoor sports in the Yulong Snow Mountain tourist area as the starting point, selects the Yulong Snow Mountain Tourism Scenic area Manager. The safety and security of outdoor sports in Yulong Snow Mountain tourist area are studied by using the methods of interview, questionnaire investigation, field investigation and mathematical statistics. 1. The Yulong Snow Mountain tourist area is suitable for ordinary outdoor sports enthusiasts. The main outdoor sports items include hiking, primary mountaineering, backpacking hiking, cycling, camping and so on. With the development of outdoor sports, More outdoor sports have entered the public line of sight, showing a trend of development; 2. The lack of theoretical research and practical experience in outdoor sports, the lack of unity of content and mode, the lack of qualification certification and training of outdoor sports practitioners restrict the development of outdoor sports. Although the participants in outdoor sports have a strong sense of safety factors and safety forms, but their participation motivation and mode is not controllable, the outdoor safety guarantee system is not perfect. To the standardization of outdoor sports development brought a lot of trouble; 3. Yulong Snow Mountain tourist spot emergency rescue team is mainly composed of security patrol and first aid station. Although the rescue group has a standardized work and service flow, the emergency simulation and training of rescuers is single, and the emergency protection system is lacking. 4. Tourism area has a management and security system, but in the emergency and emergency response, there are not high efficiency rescue, professional rescue management department is missing, the existing rescuers' responsibilities are cumbersome, the target of emergency rescue is lack of linkage mechanism. Insufficient investment in special funds, lack of emergency rescue equipment and other problems; 5. Outdoor sports bring opportunities and challenges to the Yulong Snow Mountain tourist area at the same time, improve the security system, improve professional rescue personnel, outdoor sports participants safety warning is the current Yulong Snow Mountain tourist area outdoor sports security strategy.
