赴湘会议旅游者行为研究

【摘要】:随着社会和经济的不断发展,交通的便捷化,人们面对面相互交流的愿望日益增强,各种会议如雨后春笋般迅速增长起来。据推测我国每年举办的各种会议多达几千万个,会议产值近万亿元,参加的人数上亿之多,每年以20%速度增长。会议旅游也应运而生,并蓬勃发展起来。但是会议旅游的研究才刚刚起步,尤其会议旅游者的行为研究非常缺乏,因此,对此展开研究具有非常重要的理论价值和现实意义。 本文首先介绍了论文的研究背景、意义、方法和技术路线、研究的难点和创新点,接着对会议旅游者行为的研究现状进行了综述,并界定了相关概念和阐述了本研究的理论基础,为实证分析奠定了基础。 其次,对会议旅游者的人口统计因素、出游决策影响因素、游中行为特征、旅游偏好进行了描述性分析,以及将人口统计因素和会议旅游者实际花费进行了交叉分析、旅游实际花费与人口统计特征、相关出行行为进行了相关分析。得出:安全保障是影响会议旅游者出游最主要的因素、他们想通过参加会议旅游来放松身心、喜欢山水景观、休闲度假区、喜欢通过“网络”获取旅游产品信息等,会议旅游者的消费水平高,个人因素对会议旅游者消费行为影响显著。 最后,提出了湖南发展会议旅游的策略,即政府要加大基础设施、服务设施的建设,营造优越的环境、创造新收益;政府也要支持旅游企业开发会议旅游项目、对会议旅游产品进行宣传促销、推广及营销工作,旅游企业要注重提高会议旅游工作人员的素质,与会议组织方进行有效的沟通,提倡企业发展“三化”道路。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and economy, the convenience of transportation, the desire of people to communicate face to face is increasing day by day. It is speculated that China holds tens of millions of conferences every year, the output value of the meetings is nearly one trillion yuan, the number of participants is more than 100 million, and the annual growth rate is 20%. Conference tourism also came into being and flourished. However, the study of conference tourism is just beginning, especially the behavior of conference tourists is very lack, so it has very important theoretical value and practical significance to carry out the research. This paper first introduces the research background, significance, methods and technical route, the difficulties and innovations of the research, and then summarizes the current situation of the research on the behavior of conference tourists. It also defines the relevant concepts and expounds the theoretical basis of this study, which lays a foundation for empirical analysis. Secondly, the paper makes a descriptive analysis of the demographic factors of conference tourists, the influencing factors of travel decision, the characteristics of travel behavior, tourism preference, and the cross-analysis of demographic factors and the actual cost of conference tourists. The actual cost of tourism and demographic characteristics, related travel behavior were analyzed. It is concluded that safety and security are the most important factors affecting the travel of conference tourists. They want to relax their bodies and minds by participating in the conference tour, like landscapes, leisure resorts, and get information on tourism products through the "Internet", etc. The consumption level of conference tourists is high, and personal factors have a significant influence on the consumption behavior of conference tourists. Finally, the paper puts forward the strategy of Hunan conference tourism development, that is, the government should increase the construction of infrastructure and service facilities, create a favorable environment and create new benefits; the government should also support tourism enterprises to develop tourism projects at the conference. For the promotion, promotion and marketing of conference tourism products, tourism enterprises should pay attention to improving the quality of conference tourism staff, communicate effectively with the conference organizing parties, and advocate the "three ways" in the development of enterprises.
