张家界生态文化旅游资源的开发与评价

【摘要】：生态文化旅游是一种正在迅速发展的新兴的旅游形式,也是当前旅游界的一个热门话题,代表着当今世界旅游发展的新趋势,具有无限广阔的发展前景。作为国内知名的旅游胜地,张家界自建市以来旅游业一直保持蓬勃发展的良好势头,但随着市场需求的变化,旅游产业竞争的加剧,以观光为主的传统旅游业已经不能满足现代旅游者的需求,张家界旅游业发展面临提质升级的重大转折,基于这一现实情况本文提出张家界发展生态文化旅游的命题。本文以张家界为研究对象,研究其生态文化旅游发展问题,该命题对我国中西部众多生态环境保持良好、经济发展较落后的地区发展旅游业,有非常重要的现实指导意义和借鉴作用。文章首先分析了张家界发展生态文化旅游的条件。张家界以旅游建市、旅游兴市,以“无烟产业”著称的旅游业使张家界保持了优良的生态环境,二十多年的旅游发展使张家界积累了丰厚的旅游市场基础,日益完善的区位条件,先天的生态文化资源优势,再加上外部政策的利好,这些都是张家界发展生态文化旅游的有利条件。尽管如此,张家界旅游业发展并没有真正意义上体现生态文化旅游的价值,生态旅游和文化旅游处于各自为政、平行发展的状态,融合不够密切。为此,文章分析了张家界生态文化旅游发展的现状及存在的一些问题,为张家界生态文化旅游的发展把脉问诊。为了客观科学地评价张家界生态文化旅游的发展前景,文章利用层次分析法(AHP法)构建了生态文化旅游开发评价体系,并用该评价体系对张家界生态文化旅游发展进行了评价,评价结果表明张家界具有发展生态文化旅游的很多优势,发展前景良好。为此,最后文章针对张家界的现实情况,从规划、产品、营销、人才以及保护生态环境等各个方面提出了发展生态文化旅游的相关对策。
[Abstract]:Ecological culture tourism is a new and emerging tourism form which is developing rapidly. It is also a hot topic in the current tourism industry. It represents the new trend of the development of tourism in the world today. It has an immense development prospect. As a famous tourist resort in China, Zhangjiajie has maintained a good momentum of booming tourism since its own construction. However, with the change of market demand and the intensification of tourism industry competition, the traditional tourism industry based on tourism can not meet the needs of modern tourists. The development of tourism in Zhangjiajie is facing a major turning point of upgrading. Based on this reality, this paper puts forward the proposition of developing ecological culture tourism in Zhangjiajie. This paper is based on Zhangjiajie. To study the problem of the development of ecological and cultural tourism, this proposition has a very important practical guiding significance and reference for the development of many ecological environment in the central and western regions of China and the development of tourism in a relatively backward area.
The article first analyzes the conditions for the development of ecological culture tourism in Zhangjiajie. Zhangjiajie has built a city with tourism, tourism and city, and the tourism industry known as "smokeless industry" has kept Zhangjiajie excellent ecological environment. The development of tourism in more than 20 years has made Zhangjiajie accumulate rich tourist market foundation, and the increasingly perfect location conditions, innate The advantages of ecological culture resources and the advantages of external policies are all favorable conditions for Zhangjiajie to develop ecological culture tourism. Nevertheless, the development of Zhangjiajie tourism has not really reflected the value of ecological culture tourism, and the ecological tourism and cultural tourism are in their own affairs, and the state of parallel development is not close enough. Therefore, the article analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the development of Zhangjiajie's eco cultural tourism, and examines the development of Zhangjiajie's eco cultural tourism.
In order to objectively and scientifically evaluate the development prospect of ecological culture tourism in Zhangjiajie, the article uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP method) to construct the evaluation system of ecological culture tourism development, and evaluates the development of Zhangjiajie ecological culture tourism with this evaluation system. The evaluation results show that Zhangjiajie has many advantages to develop ecological culture tourism. The prospect of development is good. In the end, the article, aiming at the reality of Zhangjiajie, puts forward some countermeasures for the development of ecological culture tourism from the aspects of planning, product, marketing, talent and protecting the ecological environment.
