陕西省旅游资源禀赋及开发的区域差异评价

【摘要】:陕西省是中华文明的重要发祥地,蕴藏着丰富的人文和自然旅游资源。陕西旅游资源类型众多,级别不等,是全国旅游资源大省之一,关中地区,陕北地区和陕南地区构成了大量的、丰富多彩的人文景观和自然景观。而三大区域的旅游资源无论是从数量和级别上讲,还是从开发和利用角度讲,都存在着差异。了解区域旅游资源的分布、类型、级别和特点对如何开发旅游资源起着基础性的影响,,对如何缩小旅游资源区域差异起着引导作用,为陕西省区域旅游资源开发和区域旅游资源全面协调发展提供借鉴。 本文分析2003年至2009年这7年间陕西省旅游资源的数据统计资料,先引用区域旅游资源禀赋及开发理论对陕西省旅游资源进行概述,然后具体对旅游资源的现状,包括旅游资源的分布、类型、级别和特点展开描述以及从新景区景点的建设、旅游体验产品开发和旅游商品多样化开发来评述旅游资源的开发;进一步用SWOT分析法对陕西旅游资源的优势和劣势,开发时机和开发存在的问题进行定性分析;接着主要用比较分析法和资源优势度评价法,具体用丰度指数(dij)、配合指数(x)、标准差异指数(cv)、整体优势度(z)对陕西省11个地市的旅游资源禀赋和开发进行定量横向比较;最后对本文研究结论进行总结,并且针对陕西三大区域旅游资源禀赋特点,分别提出旅游资源开发方向和重点,区域旅游资源的开发效率和保护性的政策建议,实现资源的优化配置和区域旅游资源优势整合。 通过分析和对比陕西省11个地市旅游资源禀赋特点,认识到旅游资源禀赋差异化直接影响着各地市旅游资源开发程度、规模、方向和重点;认识到旅游资源的优势和劣势,开发机遇和开发问题直接影响着三大区域如何把握资源特点、如何建立本地旅游品牌、如何实行区域内部旅游资源整合和区域间整合,认识到一个区域旅游的持续需要持续不断地开发新景区景点、开发的旅游产品紧跟时代、旅游商品开发的多样化,满足游客心理差异。陕西省旅游资源具有数量大、品位高、特色显著、多样性强的总体特征;但从已形成的景观结构和已有的旅游产品结构看,存在着景观类型少、资源开发层次浅、产品结构不能充分应和现代多样化旅游需求的问题。因此,陕西旅游要发展,要规划好地区旅游资源的开发,用合理的开发方案指导区域间旅游资源的协调开发。
[Abstract]:Shaanxi province is an important birthplace of Chinese civilization and contains rich cultural and natural tourism resources. There are many types of tourism resources in Shaanxi province. It is one of the major provinces of tourism resources in China. In Guanzhong area, Northern Shaanxi and southern Shaanxi areas have formed a large number of rich and colorful cultural and natural landscapes. And the tourism resources of the three major regions The distribution, type, grade and characteristics of regional tourism resources have a basic influence on how to develop tourism resources, and play a guiding role in reducing regional differences in tourism resources, and for the development of regional tourism resources and regions in Shaanxi province. The comprehensive and coordinated development of tourism resources can be used for reference.
This paper analyses the statistical data of tourism resources in Shaanxi province from 2003 to 2009. First, it summarizes the tourism resources of Shaanxi province by reference of regional tourism resources endowment and development theory, and then describes the present situation of tourism resources, including the distribution, type, grade and characteristics of tourism resources, and the construction of the scenic spots in the new scenic area. The tourism experience product development and tourism commodity diversification development to review the development of tourism resources, and further use the SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Shaanxi tourism resources, the opportunity of development and the problems existing in the development, and then mainly use the comparative analysis method and the resource advantage evaluation method, and specifically use the abundance index (DIJ). Combining index (x), standard difference index (CV) and overall dominance (z), the quantitative comparison of tourism resources endowment and development of 11 cities in Shaanxi province is carried out quantitatively. Finally, the conclusions are summed up, and the development direction and key point of tourism resources are put forward respectively, and regional tourism resources are opened for the three major regional tourism resources of Shaanxi. The policy recommendations for efficiency and conservation are to optimize the allocation of resources and integrate the advantages of regional tourism resources.
By analyzing and comparing the characteristics of tourism resource endowments in 11 cities in Shaanxi Province, it is realized that the difference of tourism resource endowment directly affects the development degree, scale, direction and focus of tourism resources in various cities and cities, and the advantages and disadvantages of tourism resources, development opportunities and development problems directly affect how to grasp the characteristics of the resources in the three regions, such as How to establish local tourism brand, how to implement the integration of regional tourism resources and interregional integration, realize that the sustainable development of a regional tourism needs to continue to develop new scenic spots, the development of tourism products closely follow the times, the diversification of tourism commodity development, meet the psychological differences of tourists. Shaanxi Tourism resources have a large number of products. In view of the landscape structure and the existing structure of tourism products, there are few types of landscape, shallow resources development, and the structure of the products should not fully meet the needs of modern diversified tourism. Therefore, the development of tourism in Shaanxi should be developed, and the development of regional tourism resources should be well planned. The rational development plan should be used to guide the coordinated development of regional tourism resources.
