城市旅游购物业发展水平综合评价与区域分异研究

【摘要】:旅游购物在旅游总消费中所占比重大小一直被旅游界视为是衡量旅游消费水平层次高低的重要尺度,旅游购物业的发展程度也是一个国家或地区旅游业发展深度和广度的重要标志。鉴于此,国内外学者在旅游商品概念、旅游商品开发基础理论、旅游购物市场特征、旅游购物市场管理和旅游购物产业研究等方面作出了众多有益的探索并取得了丰硕的研究成果,但目前尚未看到关于旅游购物业发展水平评价方面的研究文献,给整体旅游购物业研究进展带来了不利影响。因此,本文利用层次分析模型,在借鉴已有研究成果的基础上,对旅游购物业发展水平做了系统的分析和评价。 根据旅游购物业的层次性特点,本文选用层次分析法系统构建了旅游购物业发展水平测量的理论模型,基于对旅游商品的需求水平、购买市场供给情况及环境保障情况的归纳,从产业链条中供需链的维度入手,选取了需求水平、供给水平、环境保障水平3个层次9个因子参数,利用层次分析法和德尔菲法确定因子权重系数,构建数学测量模型,为验证模型能够全面而且客观地衡量旅游购物产业的发展水平和质量,本文从时空差异的角度对测量模型进行验证,选取了北京市2005—2011年以及2011年华北地区五个城市为研究对象,对城市旅游购物业的发展水平进行评价,通过时空差异研究验证数学模型具有科学性和可操作性。 在分析旅游购物业在纵向上的变化趋势、变化程度和在横向上的差异对比的基础上,寻找到影响城市旅游购物业发展的关键因子,深入地剖析了其对旅游购物业发展水平的影响程度和贡献率。针对关键因子进行潜力挖掘,本文提出了一系列优化和提升旅游购物业的措施,主要有以加强旅游品牌宣传、举办节事活动、树立旅游商品品牌为重点的吸引力提升措施,以挖掘独特性旅游商品、建立产研机制、优化服务品质和市场秩序的供给力优化措施,以优化产业发展环境、加强知识产权保护、加大市场监督调管的保障力增强措施。所研究城市可根据自身存在问题,采纳相应的对策和建议,提升旅游购物业发展能力和水平。 在借鉴国内外学者对产业发展潜力、竞争力和发展水平的评价方法和产业链基本原理指导下,本文设计构建了旅游购物业发展水平的综合评价体系,并从横向和纵向对体系进行验证。通过测量模型构建以及案例验证,可知模型稳定,计算结果可靠;并进一步证实旅游购物业发展水平评价对提高旅游购物业竞争力、挖掘旅游购物业发展潜力具有很好的指示作用,对旅游购物业可持续发展和旅游业发展具有指导意义。
[Abstract]:The proportion of tourism shopping in total tourism consumption has always been regarded by the tourism industry as an important measure of the level of tourism consumption. The development of tourism shopping industry is also an important symbol of the depth and breadth of tourism development in a country or region. In view of this, scholars at home and abroad have studied the concept of tourism commodities, the basic theory of tourism commodity development, the characteristics of tourism shopping market, Tourism shopping market management and tourism shopping industry research have made a number of useful exploration and achieved fruitful research results, but at present has not seen the tourism shopping industry development level evaluation research literature. To the overall tourism shopping industry research progress has brought the adverse impact. Therefore, this paper makes a systematic analysis and evaluation on the development level of tourism shopping industry on the basis of using the analytic hierarchy process model for reference. According to the hierarchical characteristics of the tourism shopping industry, this paper uses the Analytic hierarchy process system to construct the theoretical model of tourism shopping industry development level measurement, based on the level of demand for tourism commodities, purchasing market supply and environmental protection. Starting from the dimension of supply and demand chain in the industrial chain, 9 factor parameters of three levels, demand level, supply level and environmental security level, are selected, and the weight coefficients of factors are determined by AHP and Delphi method, and the mathematical measurement model is constructed. In order to verify that the model can comprehensively and objectively measure the development level and quality of tourism shopping industry, this paper verifies the measurement model from the angle of space-time difference. Five cities in Beijing from 2005 to 2011 were selected as research objects to evaluate the development level of urban tourism and shopping industry. The mathematical model was verified to be scientific and operable by space-time difference research. On the basis of analyzing the trend, degree of change and horizontal difference of tourism shopping industry, the paper finds out the key factors that affect the development of urban tourism shopping industry. It deeply analyzes its influence on the development level of tourism shopping industry and its contribution rate. In view of the potential mining of key factors, this paper puts forward a series of measures to optimize and promote the tourism shopping industry, which mainly focus on strengthening the publicity of tourism brands, holding festival activities, and setting up tourism commodity brands as the focus of the promotion of attraction. In order to excavate the unique tourism commodity, establish the mechanism of industry research, optimize the supply force of service quality and market order, optimize the environment of industry development, strengthen the protection of intellectual property, and strengthen the safeguard of market supervision and regulation. According to the existing problems, the cities studied can adopt corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the development ability and level of tourism shopping industry. Under the guidance of domestic and foreign scholars' evaluation methods of industry development potential, competitiveness and development level and the basic principles of industrial chain, this paper designs and constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of tourism and shopping industry development level. The system is verified both horizontally and longitudinally. Through the measurement model construction and the case verification, we can know that the model is stable, the calculation result is reliable, and further confirms the tourism shopping industry development level evaluation to enhance the tourism shopping industry competitiveness, Mining the potential of tourism shopping industry has a good indicative role, and has a guiding significance for the sustainable development of tourism shopping industry and tourism development.
