河南省旅游度假区发展模式及策略研究

【摘要】：随着河南省经济的持续增长，省内居民旅游消费开始发生结构性变化，旅游者的出游动机，逐渐转向休闲度假、放松身心。度假旅游是旅游业纵深发展的标志，它在一个地方的推出，表明该地的旅游业发展逐渐进入成熟阶段。休闲度假旅游能够调整旅游产品结构、改善区域环境、优化旅游资源、吸引大量投资，促进旅游产业的转型升级。“十二五”时期是河南省旅游产业发展的重要时期，应把握好这次的机遇，加快发展旅游度假区。目前，河南省旅游度假区发展刚刚起步，居民度假需求日益旺盛，旅游度假区发展潜力巨大，但旅游度假区发展的问题也初步显现。因此，需要明确河南省旅游度假区发展存在的问题，借鉴国内外成功经验，构建旅游度假区发展模式，提出旅游度假区的发展策略。论文首先介绍了旅游度假区的相关概念和类型，阐述了旅游度假区发展模式研究的理论基础：休闲理论、利益相关者理论、市场营销学理论；其次，运用资料统计法、实地考察法、问卷调查法，对河南省旅游度假区发展现状进行梳理和分析，找出河南省旅游度假区发展存在的问题；总结国内外先进旅游度假区成功的发展经验，为河南省旅游度假区发展模式及发展策略的研究提出提供经验借鉴；然后，结合河南省旅游度假区发展现状，从创建、管理、经营及营销的角度构建河南省旅游度假区发展模式；并结合河南省游客实际度假需求，提出合理空间布局、丰富发展类型、形成产品体系、完善配套设施、提升服务质量的发展策略；最后，以信阳鸡公山旅游度假区为例进行实证研究，验证河南省旅游度假区的发展模式及发展策略。
[Abstract]:With the continuous growth of economy in Henan Province, the tourism consumption of the residents in Henan Province began to undergo structural changes, and tourists' travel motivation gradually turned to leisure vacations to relax their bodies and minds. Holiday tourism is the symbol of the deep development of tourism. Its introduction in a place indicates that the tourism development in this area has gradually entered a mature stage. Leisure vacation tourism can adjust the structure of tourism products, improve the regional environment, optimize tourism resources, attract a large number of investment, and promote the transformation and upgrading of tourism industry. The 12th Five-Year Plan period is an important period for the development of tourism industry in Henan Province. We should grasp this opportunity and speed up the development of tourist resorts. At present, the development of tourist resorts in Henan Province has just started, the residents' holiday demand is growing day by day, the development potential of tourist resorts is huge, but the problems of the development of tourist resorts also appear. Therefore, it is necessary to make clear the problems existing in the development of tourist resorts in Henan Province, draw lessons from successful experiences at home and abroad, construct the development model of tourist resorts, and put forward the development strategies of tourist resorts. The paper first introduces the related concepts and types of tourist resorts, and expounds the theoretical basis of the research on the development model of tourist resorts: leisure theory, stakeholder theory, marketing theory; secondly, the use of data statistics, Field investigation, questionnaire survey, combing and analyzing the present situation of Henan tourist resorts, finding out the problems existing in the development of Henan tourist resorts, summing up the successful development experiences of advanced tourist resorts at home and abroad, To provide experience for the study of the development model and development strategy of tourist resorts in Henan Province, and then, according to the current situation of the development of tourist resorts in Henan Province, from the point of view of the establishment and management of tourism resorts, From the point of view of management and marketing, the development mode of Henan tourist resorts is constructed, and the reasonable space layout, rich development types, product system and complete facilities are put forward according to the actual holiday demand of tourists in Henan Province. Finally, taking the Jigongshan tourist Resort in Xinyang as an example to verify the development model and development strategy of Henan tourist Resort.
