突发事件背景下乌鲁木齐旅游形象研究

【摘要】:乌鲁木齐旅游资源丰富而独特,随着产业结构调整旅游业日益成为其重要的经济支柱,但由于地缘、历史、宗教等多重因素,使其处于复杂的民族政治背景之中,“七·五”事件正是由一系列复杂因素而引发的暴力事件。“七·五”事件对当地经济发展造成了巨大影响,阻碍了乌鲁木齐旅游业的发展,严重破坏了乌鲁木齐的旅游地形象。修复和改善旅游地形象对乌鲁木齐旅游业的恢复和发展非常重要,突发事件背景下的形象管理策略研究具有十分重要的意义。 在对中外旅游地形象研究回顾中发现,西方旅游地形象研究理论框架完整、基础理论扎实、多学科知识综合运用,研究方法规范,研究相对成熟;而国内旅游地形象研究起源于旅游地理学,并多体现于旅游地或旅游吸引物的规划文本中,资源及文脉分析到位;然而,目前关于少数民族地区突发事件管理的研究却普遍较少,关于其突发事件背景下的旅游地形象研究更为薄弱。 本文综合借鉴旅游地形象与旅游危机相关理论,探讨了突发事件可能对旅游地产生的影响,并分析了突发事件对旅游地形象产生影响的路径模式,揭示了突发事件对旅游地形象产生影响的机理。并通过对“七·五”事件背景下的乌鲁木齐旅游地形象进行实证分析,运用IPA方法,获取了旅游者对突发事件背景下乌鲁木齐的旅游体验评价信息。研究发现,乌鲁木齐的旅游地形象还在继续受到“七·五”事件的影响。一方面突发事件的影响还在继续,乌鲁木齐的旅游地形象受到了一定程度的破坏,需要修复;另一方面发现了乌鲁木齐旅游地形象的负面因素,需要在未来得到改善;此外,发现了推广乌鲁木齐旅游地形象的新视角;最后,基于旅游地形象理论和实证分析结果,提出了乌鲁木齐旅游地形象修复和优化策略,包括媒介形象修复策略和现实形象提升策略。明确了形象修复的主体,提出了要修复的具体的旅游地形象,根据有关数据给出了传播渠道选择指导建议,并根据实证研究的结果,提出了提升服务形象、巩固实力形象、推广外观形象等建议。 本文总共分为四部分,第一章主要介绍了本文的研究背景,研究目的、研究意义、研究内容以及技术路线,对形象研究相关文献进行了综述;第二章介绍了本文研究的理论基础与一些基本理论,介绍了本文采用的基本的概念模型、突发事件的概念及分类,探讨了突发事件可能对旅游地产生的影响,并分析了突发事件影响旅游地形象的路径模式;第三章运用IPA分析法对突发事件背景下的乌鲁木齐旅游地形象进行实证研究,并对实证结果进行了综合分析;最后一章,基于实证研究成果提出了乌鲁木齐旅游地形象恢复和优化策略。希望本文的研究成果能够为新疆旅游业的恢复和发展做出贡献。
[Abstract]:Urumqi is rich in tourism resources and unique. With the adjustment of industrial structure, tourism has become an important economic pillar. However, due to many factors, such as geography, history, religion and so on, Urumqi is in a complex national political background. The Seventh five-year incident is a series of complex factors caused by violence. The "Seventh Five-Year" incident has had a great impact on the local economic development, hindered the development of tourism in Urumqi, and seriously damaged the image of Urumqi's tourist destination. The restoration and improvement of tourist destination image is very important to the recovery and development of Urumqi tourism, and the study of image management strategy under the background of unexpected events is of great significance. In the review of the study of tourism destination image in China and foreign countries, it is found that the theoretical framework of western tourism destination image research is complete, the basic theory is solid, the multi-disciplinary knowledge is used comprehensively, the research method is standard, the research is relatively mature; However, the study of domestic tourist destination image originated from tourism geography, and was mostly reflected in the planning text of tourist destination or tourist attraction, and the analysis of resources and context was in place; however, At present, there are few researches on emergency management in minority areas, and the research on the image of tourist destination under the background of unexpected events is even weaker. Based on the theories of tourism destination image and tourism crisis, this paper discusses the possible impact of unexpected events on tourism destination, and analyzes the path mode of the impact of unexpected events on tourism destination image. This paper reveals the mechanism of the impact of unexpected events on the image of tourist destination. Through the empirical analysis of the image of Urumqi tourist destination under the background of the Seventh Five-year Plan incident, this paper uses IPA method to obtain the tourism experience evaluation information of Urumqi under the background of unexpected events. The study found that Urumqi's tourist destination image continues to be affected by the Seventh five-year incident. On the one hand, the impact of the unexpected events is continuing, and the tourism destination image of Urumqi has been damaged to a certain extent and needs to be repaired; on the other hand, the negative factors in the image of the Urumqi tourist destination need to be improved in the future; in addition, Finally, based on the theory of tourism destination image and the results of empirical analysis, the paper puts forward the image restoration and optimization strategy of Urumqi tourist destination. Including media image repair strategy and realistic image promotion strategy. This paper clarifies the main body of image restoration, puts forward the specific image of tourist destination to be repaired, gives some suggestions on the choice of communication channel according to the relevant data, and proposes to enhance the image of service and consolidate the image of strength according to the results of empirical research. Promotion of appearance image and other suggestions. This paper is divided into four parts. The first chapter mainly introduces the research background, research purpose, research significance, research content and technical route. The second chapter introduces the theoretical basis and some basic theories of this paper, introduces the basic conceptual model, the concept and classification of unexpected events, discusses the impact of unexpected events on tourist destinations. The third chapter uses IPA analysis method to analyze the image of Urumqi tourist destination under the background of unexpected events, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the empirical results; the last chapter, Based on the results of empirical research, this paper puts forward some strategies for image restoration and optimization of Urumqi tourist destination. It is hoped that the research results of this paper will contribute to the recovery and development of tourism in Xinjiang.
