基于旅游者消费行为分析的黑龙江省自驾游发展对策研究

【摘要】:对发达国家而言,自驾车旅游已经进入成熟阶段,相应的配套设施与服务体系已较为完善。与前者相比,我国的自驾游发展比较晚,约迟了半个世纪,但速度却不慢,部分地区的自驾游及相关的服务设施已日臻成熟。黑龙江省地区经济持续增长、人民收入水平不断提高,越来越多的人拥有私家车,自驾车旅游已经成为黑龙江省重要的出游方式之一。本论文主要以黑龙江省为研究区域,自驾车旅游者为研究对象,全面分析黑龙江省自驾车旅游发展状况。通过分析,了解到许多有利于自驾游发展的条件,黑龙江省自驾游发展前景较好。就目前而言,虽然黑龙江省自驾车旅游发展较快,但自驾车旅游市场发展仍处于初期阶段,相关旅游基础设施及服务体系仍不完善。本论文试图通过总结所得数据了解黑龙江省自驾车旅游者消费行为的基本特征,明确黑龙江省自驾游消费者的市场需求,从而促进黑龙江省自驾车旅游全面发展。 鉴于自驾游在我国起步较晚,发展的时间不是很长,对黑龙江省自驾游消费者的消费行为方面缺少全面的、系统的研究。鉴于之前的学者对黑龙江省自驾游消费者的消费行为方面研究有限,本篇论文尝试从旅游者消费行为理论着手,通过问卷调查和借鉴之前学者的研究成果之上,运用对比法研究分析国内外研究现状,通过问卷调查的方式对黑龙江省自驾车旅游者消费行为方面进行比较系统的调研,并通过运用SPSS软件,分析了解问卷中不同的因素与目的地选择之间的相关性。研究思路是:一是论述目前国内外自驾游以及旅游行为方面的研究状况;二是阐述了本篇论文涉及运用的相关理论,三是具体说明黑龙江省的现状以及发展自驾游的优势;四是汇总问卷调查,通过具体数据了解自驾游消费者的具体信息、旅游偏好等等;五是通过调查找出黑龙江省在开展自驾游过程中出现的问题以及不足;六是针对具体不足、实际问题提出有效可行的发展建议及对策。本篇论文的创新点在于,运用了旅游者消费行为理论,对黑龙江省自驾游服务市场的现状进行全面分析,提出了解决自驾游发展中存在问题的对策。为黑龙江省自驾车旅游发展提供参考,对提升黑龙江省自驾车旅游的发展水平和竞争力有着重要的理论和实践意义。
[Abstract]:For developed countries, self-driving tourism has entered a mature stage, the corresponding supporting facilities and service system has been relatively perfect. Compared with the former, the development of self-driving tour in China is relatively late, about half a century late, but the speed is not slow, and the self-driving tour and related service facilities in some areas have matured day by day. With the continuous growth of economy and the improvement of people's income in Heilongjiang Province, more and more people own private cars. Self-driving tourism has become one of the most important ways to travel in Heilongjiang Province. Taking Heilongjiang Province as the research area and self-driving tourists as the research object, this paper comprehensively analyzes the development of self-driving tourism in Heilongjiang Province. Through the analysis, the author finds out many favorable conditions for the development of self-driving tour, and the prospect of self-driving tour in Heilongjiang Province is better. At present, although self-driving tourism in Heilongjiang Province is developing rapidly, the self-driving tourism market is still in its initial stage, and the related tourism infrastructure and service system are still imperfect. This paper attempts to summarize the data to understand the basic characteristics of the consumption behavior of self-driving tourists in Heilongjiang Province, to clarify the market demand of self-driving tourists in Heilongjiang Province, so as to promote the overall development of self-driving tourism in Heilongjiang Province. In view of the late start of self-driving tour in our country, the development time is not very long, and there is a lack of comprehensive and systematic research on consumer's consumption behavior of self-driving tour in Heilongjiang Province. In view of the limited research on the consumption behavior of self-driving consumers in Heilongjiang Province, this paper attempts to start with the theory of consumer behavior of tourists, based on the questionnaire survey and the previous research results. By using the comparative method to study and analyze the domestic and foreign research status, through the way of questionnaire investigation on the consumption behavior of self-driving tourists in Heilongjiang Province, and through the use of SPSS software, To analyze the correlation between the different factors in the questionnaire and the choice of destination. The research ideas are as follows: first, it discusses the current domestic and foreign self-driving travel and tourism behavior research situation; second, it expounds the related theories involved in this paper; third, it concretely explains the current situation of Heilongjiang Province and the advantages of developing self-driving travel. The fourth is to collect questionnaires, through specific data to understand the specific information of self-driving travel consumers, tourism preferences and so on; fifthly, through the investigation to find out the problems and deficiencies in the process of self-driving travel in Heilongjiang Province; sixthly, to address the specific deficiencies. Practical problems put forward effective and feasible development suggestions and countermeasures. The innovation of this paper lies in the comprehensive analysis of the present situation of the self-driving travel service market in Heilongjiang Province by using the theory of tourists' consumption behavior, and the countermeasures to solve the problems existing in the development of self-driving tourism. It provides a reference for the development of self-driving tourism in Heilongjiang Province, and has important theoretical and practical significance to improve the development level and competitiveness of self-driving tourism in Heilongjiang Province.
