赤峰市旅游资源评价及其开发策略研究

【摘要】:中国旅游业经过改革开放三十多年的发展,已经逐渐发展成为世界旅游大国,不仅是资源大国,产业大国,还是客源大国,市场大国。从目前市场结构分析来看,我国旅游业已经进入了以国民大众为主导的旅游发展新阶段,正是由于日益增长的旅游需求及其经济和就业效应,直接推动了旅游业从内需的角度、从民生的角度再次进入了国家战略体系。所以,各地政府都加大了旅游开发的力度和进程,掀起开发的热潮。旅游资源开发是以旅游资源的科学评价为前提和基础的,而旅游资源评价也是旅游开发中最重要的部分,是旅游资源开发的可行性和超前性的重要条件之一。赤峰市旅游资源丰富,是典型的资源型城市,对旅游资源的合理有序的开发有助于促进旅游业的快速发展,对赤峰社会经济的健康可持续发展也有重要现实意义。 本文以赤峰市已经开发的旅游资源为研究对象,按照我国《旅游资源分类、调查与评价》中的方法,对赤峰已开发的248处旅游资源进行了系统科学的分类,将其分为8个主类,23个亚类,57个基本类型,从而掌握了赤峰市现有旅游资源的基本情况。参考国标法内容并结合赤峰市旅游资源的实际情况,从248处旅游资源中选择了具有代表性的38处作为本次评价对象,运用层次分析法构建旅游资源递阶层次结构图,,并计算各评价指标的权重,通过打分法获得旅游资源单体各项指标得分。根据已得的权重和得分,计算其评估值并依此排序,根据得分及排序对赤峰市旅游资源品质进行综合评价。由于对国标中附加值一项暂不作考虑,作为补充,本文分别对旅游资源空间结构和旅游资源开发的SWOT进行了分析。 通过评价和分析,明确了赤峰市旅游资源的类型、品质、空间结构和资源开发现状。基于评价结果,总结出赤峰市旅游资源的地方特色和开发中存在的问题,并有针对性的提出了赤峰市旅游资源开发的相应对策。最后,对本论文进行了概括性总结,并提出了以后研究的努力方向。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, China's tourism industry has gradually developed into a major tourism country in the world, not only a large country of resources, a large country of industry, but also a large country of tourists and a large market. From the analysis of the current market structure, the tourism industry of our country has entered a new stage of tourism development, which is dominated by the national mass. It is precisely because of the increasing tourism demand and its economic and employment effects that the tourism industry has been promoted directly from the angle of domestic demand. From the perspective of people's livelihood, once again into the national strategic system. Therefore, the local governments have increased the intensity and process of tourism development, set off the upsurge of development. The exploitation of tourism resources is based on the scientific evaluation of tourism resources, and the evaluation of tourism resources is also the most important part of tourism development, which is one of the important conditions for the feasibility and advance of tourism resources development. Chifeng is rich in tourism resources and is a typical resource-based city. The rational and orderly development of tourism resources is helpful to promote the rapid development of tourism and has important practical significance for the healthy and sustainable development of Chifeng's social economy. In this paper, the tourism resources that have been developed in Chifeng City are taken as the research object. According to the methods in the Tourism Resources Classification, investigation and Evaluation in China, 248 tourist resources that have been developed in Chifeng are systematically and scientifically classified. It can be divided into 8 main classes, 23 subclasses and 57 basic types, thus mastering the basic situation of the existing tourism resources in Chifeng. Referring to the content of national standard method and combining with the actual situation of tourism resources in Chifeng, 38 representative tourism resources are selected as the evaluation object, and the hierarchical analysis method is used to construct the hierarchical structure chart of tourism resources. The weight of each evaluation index is calculated, and the index score of tourism resource unit is obtained by scoring method. According to the weight and score, the evaluation value is calculated and sorted, and the quality of tourism resources in Chifeng is comprehensively evaluated according to the score and ranking. As a supplement to the national standard, this paper analyzes the spatial structure of tourism resources and the SWOT of tourism resources development. Through evaluation and analysis, the types, quality, spatial structure and development status of tourism resources in Chifeng City are clarified. Based on the evaluation results, this paper summarizes the local characteristics and problems in the development of tourism resources in Chifeng City, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the development of tourism resources in Chifeng City. Finally, this paper is summarized, and the future research direction is put forward.
