基于GIS的青海湖湿地生态旅游价值评估

【摘要】:湿地为地球三大生态系统之一,是地球生态系统的重要组成部分。湿地生态旅游作为一种新兴旅游形式,是要在保护前提下对湿地进行合理利用,因此开发湿地生态旅游对湿地保护具有重要的现实意义 青海湖以其独特的地理位置及景观特点为世人瞩目,近几十年来,由于气候暖干化及湖区人类活动的综合影响,湖区整体环境呈现恶化趋势。青海湖湿地出现了明显的变化,主要表现为湖泊水位下降、湖泊面积萎缩、河流出现断流、沼泽湿地退化、鸟岛连陆及生物多样性减少等,并成为青海湖流域生态退化的重要标志之一。因此开发湿地生态旅游对湿地保护具有重要的现实意义。维护青海湖湿地生物多样性,提高服务功能;在合理开发其生态旅游功能使其发展旅游业的同时对生态环境进行有力的保护,,实现青海湖湿地生态旅游的可持续发展是当前研究的重点。 青海湖生态旅游资源开发,有着得天独厚的自然环境条件,但也要受到来自流域本身的生态环境和旅游环境的制约和影响。青海湖是青海省对外开放的重要名片,由于近年来青海湖湿地的旅游业蒸蒸日上,吸引了国内外游客前来参观,游览。在增加了青海省经济收入的同时,也破坏了青海湖湿地的生态环境。生态环境的好坏仅直接影响其经济社会的可持续发展。本文以青海湖湿地生态旅游的使用价值和非使用价值的统计计算,得到青海湖湿地生态旅游的价值。其中,青海湖湿地生态旅游使用价值为9933×10~4元;通过CVM评估方法,用问卷调查的形式进行统计分析青海湖湿地生态旅游资源的非使用价值得到青海湖湿地的游客愿意出资1600×10~4元保护其旅游资源。对旅游资源的非使用价值进行货币化评估的实践意义很大。旅游者及旅游管理部门都应该意识到旅游资源是发展旅游业的根基,其价值形式也是多种多样的。 由此,通过青海湖湿地生态旅游使用价值的统计估算和非使用价值的统计估算最后得到青海湖湿地生态旅游总价值为11533×10~4元。为青海湖湿地生态旅游的可持续发展及保护提供了一定的数据基础。研究结果为青海湖湿地旅游资源的保护和永续存在提供了有效的理论支持和技术指导。
[Abstract]:Wetland is one of the three major ecosystems of the earth and is an important part of the earth's ecosystem. As a new form of tourism, wetland ecotourism is to make rational use of wetland under the premise of protection. Therefore, the development of wetland ecotourism has important practical significance for wetland protection. Qinghai Lake has attracted worldwide attention for its unique geographical location and landscape characteristics in recent decades. As a result of the climate warming drying and the comprehensive influence of the human activities in the lake area, the overall environment of the lake area presents the tendency of deterioration. There are obvious changes in the wetland of Qinghai Lake, such as the decrease of lake water level, the shrinking of lake area, the disconnection of rivers, the degradation of swamp wetland, the decrease of bird island and land, and the decrease of biodiversity, etc. It has become one of the important signs of ecological degradation in Qinghai Lake Basin. Therefore, the development of wetland ecotourism has important practical significance for wetland protection. To maintain the biodiversity of Qinghai Lake wetland and improve its service function; to develop its ecotourism function so that it can develop tourism industry, and at the same time to protect the ecological environment, To realize the sustainable development of ecological tourism in Qinghai Lake wetland is the focus of current research. The exploitation of ecological tourism resources in Qinghai Lake has its unique natural environment conditions, but it is also restricted and influenced by the ecological environment and tourism environment from the basin itself. Qinghai Lake is an important business card of Qinghai Province's opening to the outside world. In recent years, the tourism industry of Qinghai Lake Wetland has been booming, attracting tourists from home and abroad to visit and visit. It not only increases the economic income of Qinghai province, but also destroys the ecological environment of Qinghai Lake wetland. The quality of ecological environment only directly affects the sustainable development of its economy and society. Based on the statistical calculation of the use and non-use value of ecological tourism in Qinghai Lake wetland, the value of ecotourism in wetland of Qinghai Lake is obtained in this paper. The ecological tourism value of Qinghai Lake wetland is 9933 脳 10 ~ (4) Yuan. The non-use value of ecological tourism resources of Qinghai Lake wetland was analyzed by questionnaire survey. The tourists of Qinghai Lake wetland were willing to pay 1600 脳 10 ~ (4) yuan to protect their tourism resources. It is of great practical significance to evaluate the non-use value of tourism resources by monetization. Tourists and tourism management departments should realize that tourism resources are the foundation of tourism development and their value forms are varied. Therefore, the total value of ecological tourism of Qinghai Lake wetland is 11533 脳 10 ~ 4 yuan through the statistical estimation of the use value and non-use value of ecological tourism in Qinghai Lake. It provides a certain data base for the sustainable development and protection of ecological tourism in Qinghai Lake wetland. The results provide effective theoretical support and technical guidance for the protection and sustainable existence of tourism resources in Qinghai Lake wetland.
