湖北省旅游产业竞争力研究

【摘要】:旅游产业作为一项新兴产业,其资源消耗性低、产业联动性强和就业带动大等特点日益明显,使得旅游产业在国民经济中处于越来越重要的地位,各省份对旅游产业的发展也愈加重视起来。自21世纪以来,湖北省旅游产业取得了较快的发展,并于2012年被定义为湖北省的战略性支柱产业。但是作为旅游大省,湖北省旅游产业与中国主要旅游省份相比,在诸多方面仍存在较大差距。在省际旅游产业竞争逐渐加剧的背景下,对于湖北省旅游产业竞争力进行研究具有重要的现实意义。 本论文旨在通过系统分析区域旅游产业竞争力作用机理,从而完善旅游产业竞争力模型和评价指标体系,并将其运用于对湖北省旅游产业竞争力评价分析,进而为决策者做出可行的决策提供理论基础和现实依据。 本论文从省域角度出发,综合利用比较优势理论、竞争优势理论、核心竞争力理论、旅游系统理论和可持续发展理论,构建由基础竞争力、核心竞争力和环境竞争力组成的区域旅游产业竞争力模型,并在此基础上得出旅游产业综合竞争力评价指标体系。在对湖北省旅游产业发展概况进行梳理之后,运用主成分分析法和聚类分析法对2012年全国各省旅游产业竞争力进行评价,并将湖北省旅游产业与中国主要旅游省份横向比较与分析,得出湖北省旅游产业发展的不足,最后提出相关的政策建议,以期达到建设湖北旅游强省的目标。 从全国各省旅游产业竞争力的比较来看,湖北省旅游产业综合竞争力排在全国第10位,基础竞争力为第11位,核心竞争力为第9位,环境竞争力为第8位。从聚类分析的结果来看,湖北省处在第四类,其中广东省独占鳌头,处于第一类,江苏、浙江和山东处于第二类,北京和上海处于第三类,辽宁、河南、四川、福建、湖北等省处于第四类,陕西、云南、山西等省则处于第五类。在与主要旅游省份进行横向对比的过程中可以发现,湖北省旅游产业竞争力存在的以下不足之处:优质旅游资源不足,旅游产品有待深度开发;通讯条件相对落后;旅游企业分散现象明显,远没有达到规模效应的范畴;湖北文化环境靠前,经济环境相对落后;拥有一定的自然环境基础,环境保护有待加强。针对湖北旅游产业存在的问题,本文提出了相对的政策建议,以期能为湖北省由旅游大省发展为旅游强省作出贡献。
[Abstract]:As a new industry, tourism industry has the characteristics of low consumption of resources, strong industrial linkage and employment drive, which makes tourism industry more and more important in the national economy. The development of the tourism industry in various provinces has become more and more important. Since the 21st century, the tourism industry of Hubei Province has made rapid development, and was defined as the strategic pillar industry of Hubei Province in 2012. However, as a big tourism province, the tourism industry of Hubei Province still has a big gap in many aspects compared with the main tourism provinces in China. Under the background of the increasing competition of the provincial tourism industry, it is of great practical significance to study the competitiveness of the tourism industry in Hubei Province. The purpose of this paper is to improve the competitiveness model and evaluation index system of tourism industry by systematically analyzing the mechanism of regional tourism industry competitiveness, and apply it to the evaluation analysis of tourism industry competitiveness in Hubei Province. Furthermore, it provides theoretical and practical basis for decision-makers to make feasible decisions. From the angle of provincial area, this paper makes comprehensive use of comparative advantage theory, competitive advantage theory, core competence theory, tourism system theory and sustainable development theory, and constructs the basic competitiveness by using the theory of comparative advantage, competitive advantage theory, core competence theory, tourism system theory and sustainable development theory. The regional tourism industry competitiveness model composed of core competitiveness and environmental competitiveness, and on the basis of which, the evaluation index system of tourism industry comprehensive competitiveness is obtained. After combing the development situation of tourism industry in Hubei Province, the paper evaluates the competitiveness of tourism industry of all provinces in 2012 by using principal component analysis and cluster analysis. By comparing and analyzing the tourism industry in Hubei Province and the main tourism provinces in China, the author draws the conclusion that the development of Hubei tourism industry is insufficient, and finally puts forward some relevant policy suggestions in order to achieve the goal of building a strong tourism province in Hubei Province. From the comparison of the competitiveness of tourism industry in all provinces of China, Hubei Province ranks 10th in the overall competitiveness of tourism industry, 11th in basic competitiveness, 9th in core competitiveness and 8th in environmental competitiveness. According to the results of cluster analysis, Hubei Province is in the fourth category, among which Guangdong Province ranks first, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shandong are in the second category, Beijing and Shanghai are in the third category, Liaoning, Henan, Sichuan, Fujian, Hubei and other provinces in the fourth category, Shaanxi, Yunnan, Shanxi and other provinces in the fifth category. In the process of horizontal comparison with the major tourism provinces, we can find that the competitiveness of the tourism industry in Hubei Province has the following shortcomings: insufficient quality tourism resources, tourism products to be further developed, communication conditions relatively backward; Tourism enterprise dispersion phenomenon is obvious, far from reaching the scope of scale effect; Hubei cultural environment is forward, economic environment is relatively backward; has a certain natural environment foundation, environmental protection needs to be strengthened. In view of the problems existing in Hubei tourism industry, this paper puts forward some relative policy suggestions in order to contribute to the development of Hubei Province from a big tourism province to a strong tourism province.
