云南农村土地利用与乡村旅游联动研究

【摘要】：随着旅游业的蓬勃发展，旅游乘数效应十分明显，旅游业与其他产业的相互关联和相互作用关系得到人们的关注，乡村旅游作为日益流行的旅游方式，其独特的乡村性特征，成为区别于其他旅游形式的特殊吸引力，乡村旅游相关研究受到学者们的关注，也得到投资者的青睐和政府的支持。然而，乡村旅游在发展的过程中存在一些问题，减缓了其规模化、市场化、产业化的步伐，尚未形成统一规划、统一经营、特色鲜明的格局，另外，乡村旅游基础设施、配套设施、生态环境等方面不尽完善，也影响到乡村旅游的发展进程，更引起我们关注的是，乡村旅游土地利用的问题也不断凸显，乡村旅游在开发和发展过程中，旅游项目的建设和基础设施、服务设施等建设，必定会占用一定比重的土地资源，我国作为人口大国，虽然地域广阔，但是人均土地资源不足，土地资源相对珍贵，因此，土地利用的可持续性也成为重大挑战，如何实现土地利用效益的最大化是亟待解决的难题。简言之，一方面，农村土地流转以及土地节约集约利用水平在一定程度上制约着乡村旅游的发展，另一方面，乡村旅游开展的同时，对土地的节约集约利用和土地的可持续利用重视程度不够，导致了土地资源的损耗及浪费，因此，如何协调乡村旅游与农村土地利用的关系成为乡村旅游发展中的重要问题，另外，土地利用与乡村旅游二者之间又互为发展的驱动因素，存在必然的联动关系。目前，国内外学者对乡村旅游中土地利用的问题研究较少，对二者联动关系研究则更少，无论从定性与定量角度的研究都寥寥无几，带着对土地利用与乡村旅游二者如何联动发展的疑问，本文以云南农村土地利用与乡村旅游联动研究为题，第一章引言，对选题背景、研究目的与意义、研究内容、研究方法和技术路线进行阐述，并对国内外土地利用和乡村旅游以及二者关系的已有研究内容进行综述；第二章对土地利用与乡村旅游联动研究中应用的土地管理学相关理论和旅游学基础理论进行说明；第三章对土地利用与乡村旅游进行概述，并对云南省土地利用情况和乡村旅游发展情况进行概述；第四章分析云南农村土地资源与乡村旅游联动关系，从资源相关性、不同土地类型与乡村旅游类型相关性到经济效益分析，提出联动机制和二者联动存在问题及对策；第五章分析云南农村土地流转与乡村旅游的联动关系，，在梳理土地流转制度演变的基础上，对云南省土地流转现状及模式进行分析，并用计量经济学方法建立回归模型，研究云南土地流转与乡村旅游的定量关联程度，总结二者联动机制和联动存在问题及对策；第六章分析云南农村土地整治与乡村旅游的联动关系，从土地整治内容和乡村旅游类型角度出发，研究二者关联性，并分析联动的三大效益，归纳联动机制并根据联动关系中存在的问题提出相应的发展对策；最后一章研究结论，从土地资源、土地流转、土地整治三个层面进行总结，归纳出土地利用与乡村旅游联动研究结论。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tourism, the tourist multiplier effect is very obvious. The interrelation and interaction of tourism and other industries have been paid attention to. As an increasingly popular tourism mode, rural tourism has become a special attraction that distinguishes from other forms of tourism, and the related research on rural tourism is subject to research. The attention of scholars has also been favored by investors and the support of the government.
However, there are some problems in the process of rural tourism development, which has slowed down its scale, market and industrialization, and has not yet formed a unified plan, unified management and distinctive features. In addition, rural tourism infrastructure, supporting facilities, ecological environment and other aspects are not perfect, but also affect the development process of rural tourism, and more caused by the development of rural tourism. We are concerned that the problems of rural tourism land use are also highlighted. In the process of development and development of rural tourism, the construction of tourism projects, infrastructure, service facilities, and so on, must occupy a certain proportion of land resources. China is a large population country, although the region is vast, but the per capita land resources are insufficient and land resources are insufficient. Therefore, the sustainability of land use has also become a major challenge. How to maximize the efficiency of land use is a difficult problem to be solved.
In short, on the one hand, the rural land circulation and the level of land saving and intensive use restrict the development of rural tourism to a certain extent. On the other hand, rural tourism is carried out, while the intensive use of land and the sustainable utilization of land are not paid enough attention to, which leads to the loss and waste of land resources. Therefore, how to coordinate the land resources and how to coordinate the land resources. The relationship between rural tourism and rural land use has become an important problem in the development of rural tourism. In addition, there is an inevitable linkage between the driving factors of the development of land use and rural tourism between the two and the other.
At present, there are few scholars at home and abroad on the problem of land use in rural tourism, less research on the linkage relationship between the two, few from the qualitative and quantitative angles, with the interrogative development of land use and rural tourism, the linkage of rural land use and rural tourism in Yunnan is the study of the linkage between rural tourism and rural tourism. The first chapter introduces the background of the topic, the purpose and significance of the research, the research content, the research method and the technical route, and summarizes the existing research contents of land use and rural tourism at home and abroad as well as the relationship between the two. The second chapter is about the related theory of land management and the related theories of land use and rural tourism. The third chapter outlines the land use and rural tourism, and summarizes the situation of land use and rural tourism development in Yunnan province. The fourth chapter analyzes the linkage relationship between rural land resources and rural tourism in Yunnan, related to resources, different types of land and rural tourism types. On the basis of the analysis of economic benefits, the linkage mechanism and the existing problems and Countermeasures of the linkage between the two parties are put forward. The fifth chapter analyzes the linkage relationship between the rural land circulation and the rural tourism in Yunnan. On the basis of combing the evolution of the land circulation system, the present situation and model of the land circulation in Yunnan province are analyzed, and the regression model is established by econometric method. The quantitative correlation between land circulation and rural tourism in Yunnan is studied. The linkage mechanism of the two parties and the existing problems and countermeasures are summarized. The sixth chapter analyzes the linkage relationship between rural land regulation and rural tourism in Yunnan. From the angle of land renovation and rural tourism types, the relationship between the two parties is studied, and the three benefits of the linkage are analyzed and summed up. The linkage mechanism and the corresponding development countermeasures are put forward according to the existing problems in the linkage relationship; the last chapter studies the conclusions from three aspects of land resources, land circulation and land renovation, and summarizes the conclusion of the research on the linkage of land use and rural tourism.
