基于SWOT分析的越南富寿省旅游发展战略选择研究

【摘要】：随着世界旅游业迅速发展,旅游业现也成为越南经济的一个重要组成部分和新的支柱产业。旅游发展战略是关系到一个地区旅游业长远发展的关键问题。旅游发展战略制定是一项复杂的工作,其涉及面广、关联性强,而且需要其他相关行业辅助,还需要强有力的组织规划和协调保证战略实施的有效性。富寿省旅游发展战略选择研究,首先在分析旅游发展战略的基础上,进而研究富寿省旅游资源现状及开发情况,并向其它地区借鉴发展经验,运用SWOT分析法对富寿省旅游发展的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁等方面进行背景分析,并从富寿省旅游开发领域及主要内容等方面提出对策,提出了对富寿省旅游发展切合实际的战略选择,并就其战略实施提出相关建议,对促进富寿省旅游业可持续发展和把旅游业培育成富寿省支柱产业具有重要意义。日前富寿省旅游业已步入了产业升级以及观光旅游向休闲度假旅游转化的转型时期,在这种转型时期富寿省旅游发展目标不清等问题进一步暴露,战略研究到底要解决什么问题模糊不清,因此在正确的战略下制定战术体系成为当前富寿旅游面临的重要问题。旅游战略研究是对在未来不确定因素下对旅游业的深度思考,确定未来发展方向。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of world tourism, tourism has become an important part of Vietnam's economy and a new pillar industry. Tourism development strategy is a key issue related to the long-term development of tourism in a region. The formulation of tourism development strategy is a complex task, which involves a wide range of areas, strong relevance, and needs the assistance of other related industries. It also needs strong organizational planning and coordination to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of the strategy. Based on the analysis of tourism development strategy, the present situation and development situation of tourism resources in Fushou province are studied, and the development experiences of other regions are used for reference. By using SWOT analysis method, this paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the tourism development of Fushou province, and puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of tourism development field and main contents of Fushou province. This paper puts forward a practical strategic choice for the tourism development of Fushou province, and puts forward some relevant suggestions on its implementation, which is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of tourism in Fushou province and to cultivate tourism into a pillar industry of Fushou province. The tourism industry of Fushou Province has stepped into the period of industrial upgrading and the transition from sightseeing to leisure tourism. In this period of transition, the problems of Fushou Province's tourism development objectives are further exposed. It is unclear what problem should be solved in the strategic research, so it is an important problem to make the tactical system under the correct strategy. The study of tourism strategy is to think deeply about the tourism industry under the uncertain factors in the future and to determine the future development direction.
