冀晋毗邻地区旅游合作开发研究

【摘要】：中国国内的区域旅游合作,省级行政区之间的合作关系最为明显,但其旅游资源丰富的边界地区旅游协作却尚未引起足够的重视。冀晋两省是我国的两个旅游资源大省,两省毗邻地区的太行山区及山前地带都是两省重要的旅游资源富集区,然而由于各种因素的制约,这些地区的旅游发展尚不尽人意。加强冀晋两省毗邻地区旅游合作,对于促进太行山区旅游资源开发、提高区域旅游竞争力具有重要意义。首先,在对区域旅游合作的背景、研究意义和国内外研究进展进行介绍的基础上,提出了本文的研究内容、方法和具体研究的技术路线；同时对区域旅游合作的相关概念和理论进行了详细地阐述。其次,基于冀晋毗邻地区旅游发展、合作现状,对冀晋毗邻地区十一地市进行旅游经济联系分析,将冀晋毗邻地区分为四大类型区,确定区域内各地市在旅游开发中的地位,综合得出冀晋旅游合作水平不高,在资源管理、旅游营销、旅游设施方面存在资源整合度低、组合营销水平交低、交通联系较差等问题。再次,根据冀晋毗邻地区旅游合作存在的问题,在分析冀晋毗邻地区旅游合作的必要性、可行性的基础上,结合区域旅游空间结构相关理论,以“点-轴”理论为基础,提出构建冀晋毗邻地区旅游合作开发两大旅游中心地、三大重点建设旅游区、四大主题旅游合作带、四条精品旅游线路、六横三纵的旅游交通线的旅游发展空间布局。最后,本文结合实际情况,对冀晋毗邻地区旅游合作提出以下建议：提出以政府为主导、企业为主体：整体规划,构建无障碍旅游区；整合市场,明确定位,塑造品牌；改善交通条件,增强区域联系；建立网络平台,实现信息共享。
[Abstract]:The regional tourism cooperation in China is the most obvious among the provincial administrative regions, but the tourism cooperation in the border areas with rich tourism resources has not attracted enough attention. The two provinces of Hebei and Shanxi are two big provinces of tourism resources in our country. The Taihang mountainous area and the mountain front zone adjacent to the two provinces are the important rich areas of tourism resources of the two provinces. However, due to various factors, the tourism development in these areas is not satisfactory. It is of great significance to strengthen the tourism cooperation between Ji-Jin provinces and adjacent regions for promoting the development of tourism resources and enhancing the regional tourism competitiveness in Taihang Mountain area. First of all, on the basis of introducing the background, research significance and research progress of regional tourism cooperation, this paper puts forward the research contents, methods and specific research technical route. At the same time, the related concepts and theories of regional tourism cooperation are elaborated in detail. Secondly, based on the present situation of tourism development and cooperation in the adjacent areas of Ji-Jin, the paper analyzes the tourism economic links of eleven cities in the adjacent areas of Ji-Jin, divides the adjacent areas of Ji-Jin into four types of regions, and determines the status of each prefecture and city in the development of tourism in the region. It is concluded that the level of Ji-Jin tourism cooperation is not high, there are some problems in the aspects of resource management, tourism marketing and tourism facilities, such as low integration of resources, low level of combined marketing, poor transportation links, and so on. Thirdly, on the basis of analyzing the necessity and feasibility of tourism cooperation in Ji-Jin adjacent areas, combining with the theory of regional tourism spatial structure, based on the "point-axis" theory, the paper analyzes the problems of tourism cooperation in the adjacent areas of Ji-Jin, and on the basis of analyzing the necessity and feasibility of tourism cooperation in the adjacent areas of Ji-Jin. The paper puts forward the spatial layout of tourism development of Ji-Jin adjacent areas, including two major tourist centers, three key tourist areas, four thematic tourism cooperation zones, four boutique tourist routes and six horizontal and three vertical tourist traffic lines. Finally, according to the actual situation, this paper puts forward the following suggestions to the tourism cooperation of Ji-Jin adjacent areas: government as the leading body, enterprises as the main body: overall planning, building barrier-free tourism areas, integrating the market, clearly positioning, shaping the brand; Improve traffic conditions, strengthen regional links, and establish a network platform to achieve information sharing.
