海南岛西部海岸带旅游资源开发战略研究

【摘要】：近年来,海洋正以其独特的魅力吸引着世界的眼球,也越来越受到国人的关注。尽管国际上对海岸带旅游还没有单独、可靠的统计数据,但一般认为海洋与海岸带旅游是过去的十多年来世界旅游业发展最快的领域之一。海南是我国唯一的热带岛屿省份,对我国实现海洋强国的目标具有重要意义。在全球化背景下,海南国际旅游岛是中国热带海岛走向世界的重要依托,因此,必须提升海南国际旅游岛的全球竞争力。海南岛拥有丰富的海岸带旅游资源,到目前为止,海南岛东部海岸带的开发利用相对较为成熟,而西部海岸带还是块未经雕琢的璞玉,虽然发展水平较低,却具有很强的旅游开发潜力。为促进海南国际旅游岛建设,提高海南整体的旅游开发水平,对海南岛西部海岸带旅游资源进行调查评价与开发战略研究十分紧迫。通过分析海南岛西部海岸带旅游资源概况、开发现状及存在的问题,借鉴国外、国内的成功经验,综合运用地理学、管理学、旅游学等基础知识和理论对海南岛西部海岸带旅游资源开发战略进行探讨,把握西部海岸带的开发优势,将其资源优势最终转化为经济优势,激活海南岛西部海岸带的旅游业,使其真正融入到海南国际旅游岛的建设之中,并从理论和实践角度对海南岛西部海岸带的旅游开发及其发展提出相应的对策和建议。研究的主要内容包括：综述国内外海岸带旅游研究现状及发展趋势文献；分析海南岛西部海岸带旅游资源开发的理论基础：分析海南岛西部海岸带旅游资源概况、开发现状以及目前存在的问题；介绍国内外著名海岸带旅游区成功经验；最终提出海南岛西部海岸带旅游资源的开发战略思路。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the ocean is attracting the attention of the world with its unique charm. Although there are no independent and reliable statistics on coastal zone tourism in the world, it is generally considered that ocean and coastal zone tourism has been one of the fastest developing fields in the world in the past ten years or so. Hainan is the only tropical island province in China. Under the background of globalization, Hainan International Tourism Island is an important support for China's tropical islands to move towards the world. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the global competitiveness of Hainan International Tourism Island. Hainan Island has abundant coastal tourism resources. So far, the development and utilization of the eastern coastal zone of Hainan Island has been relatively mature, while the western coastal zone is still an uncut jade, although the level of development is relatively low. However, there is a strong potential for tourism development. In order to promote the construction of Hainan's international tourism island and improve the level of Hainan's overall tourism development, it is urgent to investigate and evaluate the tourism resources in the western coastal zone of Hainan Island and to study its development strategy. By analyzing the general situation of tourism resources in the coastal zone of the western part of Hainan Island, the present situation of exploitation and the existing problems, and drawing on the successful experiences of foreign and domestic countries, the author makes comprehensive use of geography and management. Based on the basic knowledge and theory of tourism science, this paper probes into the development strategy of tourism resources in the western coastal zone of Hainan Island, grasps the advantages of the development of the western coastal zone, converts the advantages of resources into economic advantages, and activates the tourism industry in the western coastal zone of Hainan Island. In this paper, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development and development of the coastal zone in the western part of Hainan Island from the angle of theory and practice. The main contents of the study are as follows: summarizing the current situation and developing trend of coastal tourism research at home and abroad, analyzing the theoretical basis of the exploitation of tourism resources in the western coastal zone of Hainan Island, and analyzing the general situation of tourism resources in the western coastal zone of Hainan Island. This paper introduces the successful experiences of the famous coastal tourism areas at home and abroad, and finally puts forward the strategic thinking of the exploitation of the coastal tourism resources in the western part of Hainan Island.
