湖北武陵山区旅游整合研究

【摘要】:在经济全球化和区域一体化的大背景下,充分利用地缘优势,加强区域旅游整合,打造更具竞争力的旅游核心区域,已成为世界各国、各地区应对竞争的创新举措。伴随着不同区域范围的旅游整合发展,国内外学者在区域旅游整合方面已进行了初有成效的研究,但多集中对宏观大区域范围的旅游整合研究,缺少对具体区域内部全方位、多角度、深层次的旅游整合研究。 本文以湖北武陵山区为研究对象,首先,运用定性与定量相结合的方法分析了湖北武陵山区旅游业发展现状。总体上,湖北武陵山区旅游业步入旅游发展的快车道,旅游业逐渐成为拉动经济增长的支柱产业,为推动区域经济发展做出积极的贡献。但区域旅游业发展不平衡,地域差异显著,巴东县、恩施市和利川县旅游业发展水平最高。区域旅游发展过程中存在管理体制、机制不健全;旅游资源开发缺乏整体观念,旅游产品结构有待改善;区域旅游主题形象有待提升,形象宣传力度不够;旅游基础设施发展滞后;旅游人才储备不足;缺乏区域旅游整合理念等问题。 其次,从旅游发展的支持条件、旅游资源、旅游通道和旅游市场四方面分析湖北武陵山区旅游整合的影响因素。区域背景和政策环境是湖北武陵山区实现旅游整合的保障;类型多样、知名度高、互补性强的旅游资源是湖北武陵山区实现旅游整合的基础;日益完善的旅游交通和旅游信息传播通道是湖北武陵山区实现旅游整合的前提;不断壮大的国内外旅游市场是湖北武陵山区实现旅游整合的动力。 然后,明确湖北武陵山区进行旅游整合的意义和目标;从旅游空间结构、旅游产品、旅游市场三方面提出湖北武陵山区旅游整合的模式及对策。提出构建“一个核心,三条轴线,两大板块,十大精品旅游区”的旅游发展空间格局;对观光型、生态休闲型、文化型和专项旅游产品进行整合开发,并设计多条跨区域的旅游精品线路;从入境、国内市场两方面对湖北武陵山区旅游市场整合进行总体定位,加强区域旅游形象整体宣传促销。 最后,提出湖北武陵山区旅游整合要以政府为主导,以发挥政府在区域旅游整合中的导向作用,实施相应对策:加强旅游规划管理、完善整合机制、优化旅游发展环境,保障区域旅游整合的实现。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization and regional integration, making full use of geographical advantages, strengthening the integration of regional tourism, and building a more competitive tourism core region have become innovative measures for all countries and regions in the world to cope with competition. With the development of tourism integration in different regions, scholars at home and abroad have carried out preliminary and effective research on regional tourism integration. Multi-angle, deep-level tourism integration research. This paper takes the Wuling Mountain area of Hubei Province as the research object. Firstly, the present situation of tourism development in Wuling Mountain area of Hubei Province is analyzed by combining qualitative and quantitative methods. On the whole, the tourism industry in Wuling Mountain area of Hubei Province has stepped into the fast track of tourism development, and tourism has gradually become the pillar industry to stimulate economic growth, and has made positive contributions to promoting regional economic development. However, the development of regional tourism is unbalanced and the regional differences are significant. Badong County, Enshi County and Lichuan County have the highest level of tourism development. In the process of regional tourism development, there is a management system, a imperfect mechanism, a lack of overall concept on the development of tourism resources, a need to improve the structure of tourism products, a regional tourism theme image to be promoted, and a lack of publicity. Tourism infrastructure development lags behind; tourism talent reserve is insufficient; lack of regional tourism integration idea and so on. Secondly, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of tourism integration in Wuling Mountain area of Hubei Province from four aspects: the supporting conditions of tourism development, tourism resources, tourist channels and tourism market. The regional background and policy environment are the guarantee of tourism integration in Wuling Mountain area of Hubei Province, and the tourism resources with various types, high popularity and strong complementarities are the basis of tourism integration in Wuling Mountain area of Hubei Province. The increasingly perfect channel of tourism transportation and information dissemination is the premise of tourism integration in Wuling Mountain area of Hubei Province, and the growing domestic and foreign tourism market is the driving force of tourism integration in Wuling Mountain area of Hubei Province. Then, the significance and goal of tourism integration in Wuling Mountain area of Hubei Province are clarified, and the models and countermeasures of tourism integration in Wuling Mountain area of Hubei Province are put forward from three aspects: tourism spatial structure, tourism products and tourism market. The paper puts forward a spatial pattern of tourism development based on "one core, three axes, two plates and ten top-quality tourist areas", and integrates tourism, ecological leisure, cultural and special tourism products. And design a number of cross-regional tourism boutique routes; from the entry and domestic market to the tourism market integration in Wuling Mountain, Hubei Province overall positioning, to strengthen the overall promotion of the regional tourism image. Finally, the paper puts forward that the tourism integration in Wuling Mountain area of Hubei Province should be guided by the government, give full play to the guiding role of the government in the regional tourism integration, and implement the corresponding countermeasures: strengthening the tourism planning management, perfecting the integration mechanism, and optimizing the tourism development environment.
