旅游综合改革背景下生态旅游开发的价值补偿机制研究——以张家界为例

【摘要】：生态旅游资源具有经济价值、社会价值和探险价值,资源价值的保护与补偿是生态旅游可持续发展的重要条件。通过对利益主体间的博弈分析发现,目前的生态旅游开发属非合作开发,对生态旅游资源的价值造成了重大影响。针对张家界生态旅游发展的实际,结合旅游综合改革的要求,张家界需从契约制定、利益保护、环保教育、行为规范等方面加强执行力度,以完善生态旅游开发的价值补偿机制。
[Abstract]:Ecotourism resources have economic value, social value and exploration value, and the protection and compensation of the resource value are the important conditions for the sustainable development of ecotourism. Through the game analysis among the stakeholders, it is found that the current ecotourism development is a non cooperative development and has a great influence on the value of ecological tourism resources. The reality of the development of ecological tourism in the world, combined with the requirements of comprehensive tourism reform, Zhangjiajie should strengthen execution from the aspects of contract making, protection of interests, environmental education, behavior norms and so on, in order to improve the value compensation mechanism of ecotourism development.
