高速公路观光休闲园区功能定位与经营发展前景研究

【摘要】：高速公路观光休闲园区是一种既保留了高速公路服务区的基本功能,又为游客提供多样化、个性化的旅游观光、休闲服务的产业区,因而综合具备了交通服务、游览观光、休闲购物等特征,是一种综合性的服务园区。休闲产业在西方发达国家起源较早,发展比较成熟,而我国休闲产业是在世界体闲产业成功发展的背景下,随着经济快速发展、科技进步、城镇化水平提高、生活水平提高、闲暇时间增多以及城乡基础设施逐步完善而发展起来的,由于起步较晚,整体的发展稍显缓慢。与此同时,城市居民久居喧嚣的都市,生活工作压力巨大,迫切期待回归自然、放松身心,高速公路观光休闲园区的发展顺应了时代的要求,其重要性日益被人们所认识,拥有广阔的发展前景。本文在界定高速公路观光休闲园区概念的基础上,对观光休闲园区的作用、特点、类型、与高速公路的关系、与服务区的区别等进行了论述,介绍了国内外高速公路观光休闲园区发展现状。通过搜集有关资料和进行实地调研,从旅游的需求分析、发展地域经济的需要等角度出发,对高速公路观光休闲园区的功能进行定位,通过借鉴中国台湾、澳大利亚、法国高速公路服务区、观光休闲园区的成功经验,提出了我国发展高速公路观光休闲园区应重点考虑的市场定位、发展模式、开发要求、发展前景、经营理念等方面问题,最后结合厦(门)汕(头)高速公路漳浦天福观光休闲园区的案例进行分析说明。
[Abstract]:Expressway sightseeing and leisure park is an industrial district which not only retains the basic function of expressway service area, but also provides tourists with diversified, individualized tourism and leisure services. Leisure shopping and other characteristics, is a comprehensive service park. Leisure industry originated early and matured in the western developed countries. However, the leisure industry of our country is developing successfully in the world. With the rapid development of economy, the progress of science and technology, the improvement of urbanization level and the improvement of living standard, The increase of leisure time and the gradual improvement of urban and rural infrastructure, due to the late start, the overall development is slightly slow. At the same time, with the city residents living in a noisy city for a long time, the pressure of life and work is enormous, and they are eager to return to nature and relax their bodies and minds. The development of the expressway sightseeing and leisure park conforms to the requirements of the times, and its importance is increasingly recognized by people. There are broad prospects for development. On the basis of defining the concept of expressway sightseeing and leisure park, this paper discusses the function, characteristics, types, relationship with expressway, and the difference between tourism and leisure park and service area. The present situation of expressway sightseeing and leisure park at home and abroad is introduced. By collecting relevant information and conducting field research, starting from the perspective of tourism demand analysis and the need to develop regional economy, the functions of the expressway sightseeing and leisure park are positioned, and by drawing lessons from China's Taiwan and Australia, The successful experience of the France Expressway Service Zone and the sightseeing and leisure park has put forward the market orientation, the development model, the development requirements, the development prospect, the management idea and so on which should be taken into account in the development of the expressway sightseeing and leisure park in our country. Finally, combined with Shantou (first) Expressway Zhangpu Tianfu sightseeing and leisure park case analysis.
