风景区旅游门户网站的设计与实现

【摘要】:目前旅游业已经成为了我国拉动GDP增长的重要产业,据官方估计,在未来的10年中,我国旅游业将保持在年均百分之十的增长速度。这其中包括了增速为9.8%个人旅游消费增长和增速为10.9%的企事业单位旅游的增长。到2020年,我国就会成为世界第一旅游目的国和第四大游客输出国。 由于计算机、通讯手段、互联网电子交易与传统旅游业务的进一步结合,我国旅游业的发展迎来了新的挑战和机遇。以电子商务为代表的网络经济极大地扩大了旅游产品的消费需求,改变了旅游业的运作方式,提供了旅游者和服务产品提供商直接进行交易的经济模式。进一步实现中国旅游业从世界旅游大国向世界旅游强国跨越的宏伟奋斗目标。 我国的旅游门户网站出现相对较晚,直到上世纪九十年代中期才开始出现了比较正规的旅游网站。而在这之前,旅游景点信息只存在于网络服务商的网站中,而且信息量极为有限,加之这些信息都是由非专业人士通过多种渠道搜集到的资料加以整理获得的,因此,这些网站并没有发挥其应有的作用,根本无法满足人们的需求。可喜的是,近几年来(特别是从新世纪开始),旅游门户网站建站势头迅猛。据统计,目前我国已拥有5000余家旅游网站,这些网站已经初具规模,内容翔实全面,可以系统地介绍相关景区的旅游六要素(吃、住、行、游、娱、购)信息。这里我们将我国现存的旅游门户网站分为以下几类: (1)政府背景类网站。 (2)商业旅游网站。 (3)企业自建网站。 (4)旅游专题门户网站。 综上所述,这四种网站的运营侧重点是完全不同、互补的。都在从不同的角度发挥着作用,为旅游景点的形象宣传、旅游产品品质的提升做了应有的贡献。我们也注意到,旅游门户网站除了改变了传统旅游行业的推广宣传方法,同时还可以发扬创新精神,带动地区文化,为地区经济发展做出有效的贡献。网站建成后将宣传推介景区,按照食、住、行、游、购、娱旅游6要素,设置旅游景点、门票价格、特色餐饮、风光欣赏、交通路线图、旅游小贴士、宾馆等栏目,并结合开发区旅游局管理职能设置网上投诉、旅游新闻、旅游推介、旅游法规等。网站建成后将带来巨大的经济与社会效益,其中包括。 1.有益于树立景区旅游形象,提高景区的知名度 作为新时代产物的互联网,其特点就是可以跨越时空,让人们能在第一时间接触到自己感兴趣的信息。用户可以跨越时空了解到景区的详细情况。利用多媒体技术,,用户可以很直观的感受到的神奇与美丽,欣赏到景区内特有的景色,领略其独特的文化,知晓土特产信息等。提升景区在人们心中的旅游形象,提高景区的知名度。 2.有利于拓展景区相关企业的营销渠道,扩大市场,提高营销效率 景区内的企业可以通过门户网站展开网络营销。首先,网络营销作为传统营销的补充;其次,网络营销可以拓展新的空间,增加销售渠道,接触更大的消费群体,获得更多的新顾客,扩大市场;再次,网络营销可以降低成本,节约资源,提高营销效率。 3.有利于景区服务业的持续、和谐发展 景区门户网站会使前来旅游的人对整个旅游区有个整体的认识。网站中推荐的特色饮食、游乐项目以及宾馆等都会使旅游充满着憧憬。旅游者购买网站展出的商品与服务的概率大大增加。这一定会带动景区内相关产业的持续、和谐发展。 4.使旅游者的旅程更便捷、现代化。 旅游者可以根据门户网站可以预知景区内相关旅游项目,提前制定好行车线路,预订宾馆住宿。等来到景区发时,可以按事先制定好的计划进行游览,节省了宝贵的旅游时间,并节约了旅游者的一部分费用,使旅游者与景区获得双赢,从而提高相关旅游部门管理水平,增强地方旅游业的竞争力。 于是,在此背景之下国内外的旅游企业纷纷开始建设自己的旅游门户网站系统。各地风景区管理委员会在各级党委、政府及相关部门的大力支持下确立了建设门户网站的思想。依据《关于做好2008年国家级风景名胜区监管信息系统建设暨推进数字化景区试点工作的通知(建办城函[2008]116号)》中的工作精神,从而能够集中有效资源,改善旅游服务质量,更快更好地为客户提供能满足其个性化需求的优质服务,力争在激烈的市场竞争中取得一定的竞争优势。 论文的主要工作包括以下几个方面: 1)阐明了旅游门户网站的立项背景、实际意义和国内外发展动态; 2)从经济和技术层面分析了网站建设的可行性问题,并认真研究了网站的潜在用户,及功能需求问题。 3)对系统进行了分析与设计,给出了系统的总体设计方案、实现步骤; 4)介绍了系统安全保障系统,分别从从应用标准、安全管理制度、安全基础设施和应用系统安全四个方面进行 5)最后,通过前期的需求分析,给出了景区门户网站的设计与实现方案。 目前,系统的运行状况稳定,达到了预期的效果。
[Abstract]:Tourism has become an important industry in China to pull GDP growth . According to the official estimate , in the next 10 years , China ' s tourism industry will maintain a growth rate of 10 per cent annually . This includes growth of 9.8 per cent of individual tourism consumption growth and growth of 10.9 per cent of business unit tourism . By 2020 , my country will become the world ' s first tourist destination and the fourth largest tourist exporter .

With the further integration of computer , communication means , Internet electronic transaction and traditional tourism business , the development of tourism in China is facing new challenges and opportunities .

China ' s tourism portal site is relatively late , until the mid - 1990s began to show a more formal tourism website . But before this , the tourist attraction information only exists in the web service provider ' s website , and the amount of information is very limited . Therefore , these websites do not play its due role , so it can not meet the needs of people .

( 1 ) Government Background Class website .

( 2 ) Commercial tourism website .

( 3 ) The enterprise self - building website .

( 4 ) Tourism theme portal .

In conclusion , the operational focus of the four websites is entirely different and complementary . It has played a role in the promotion of the image and the quality of tourism products from different angles . We also note that in addition to changing the promotion and promotion methods of the traditional tourism industry , the tourism portal can promote the innovation spirit and drive the regional culture to make an effective contribution to the development of the region .

1 . It is beneficial to establish the tourist image of the scenic spot and improve the visibility of the scenic spot

As the product of the new era , it is characterized by that it can span the space - time so that people can contact the information of interest in the first time . The user can know the details of the scenic spot through time and space . With the multimedia technology , the user can feel the magic and the beauty of the scenic spot , appreciate the unique scenery in the scenic spot , appreciate the unique culture , know the information of the local specialty , etc . , improve the tourist image of the scenic spot in the people ' s mind , and improve the awareness of the scenic spot .

2 . It is beneficial to expand the marketing channels of the relevant enterprises in the scenic spot , expand the market and improve the marketing efficiency

The enterprises in the scenic spot can expand the network marketing through the portal . First , the network marketing is the supplement to the traditional marketing ;
Second , network marketing can expand new space , increase sales channels , contact larger consumer groups , get more new customers and expand the market ;
Thirdly , network marketing can reduce costs , save resources and improve marketing efficiency .

3 . It is beneficial to the sustainable and harmonious development of the service industry in the scenic spot

The site portal will make a whole understanding of the whole tourist area . The special diet , recreation program and hotels recommended by the website will make tourism full of longing . The probability of the goods and services displayed on the website of tourists is greatly increased . This will lead to the sustained and harmonious development of the relevant industries in the scenic spot .

4 . Make the journey of tourists more convenient and modern .

The tourists can pre - establish the relevant tourism projects within the scenic spot according to the portal site , establish the service lines in advance , reserve hotel accommodation , etc . When visiting the scenic spot , the tourists can visit the scenic spots in advance , save valuable travel time , and save a part of the expenses of the tourists , so as to improve the management level of the relevant tourism departments and enhance the competitiveness of local tourism .

Therefore , in this context , domestic and foreign tourist enterprises are beginning to build their own tourism portal system . The management committee of local scenic spots has established the thought of constructing the portal site under the strong support of the Party committees , the government and the relevant departments of the various levels . According to the work spirit of the Circular on the construction of the supervision information system of the national scenic spots in 2008 and the promotion of the pilot work of the digital scenic spot , this article can focus on the effective resources , improve the service quality of the tourism , and provide the customers with the high - quality service that can meet their individualized needs , and strive to obtain certain competitive advantages in the fierce market competition .

The main work of the thesis includes the following aspects :

1 ) To clarify the background , actual meaning and development of the tourism portal ;


2 ) The feasibility problem of website construction is analyzed from the economic and technical level , and the potential users and functional requirements of the website are studied seriously .

3 ) analyzing and designing the system , giving the overall design scheme of the system and realizing the steps ;


4 ) The system safety guarantee system is introduced , from four aspects : application standard , safety management system , security infrastructure and application system safety .

5 ) Finally , through the demand analysis of the earlier stage , the design and implementation plan of the portal site of the scenic spot is given .

At present , the operating conditions of the system are stable , and the expected effect is achieved .
