南宁市休闲农业发展研究

【摘要】：伴随我国经济和城市化的快速发展，全国各地兴起了休闲农业旅游，特别是在东部发达地区。发展休闲农业既能满足人们接近自然、回归自然的需求，也可以促进农村地区的发展，促进农民就业和增收，延长农业产业链。 先阐述休闲农业的相关研究，对休闲农业的相关概念进行界定，然后运用SWOT分析法分析对南宁市休闲农业发展进行分析，并对南宁市休闲农业游客进行调查分析。在此基础上归纳出通南宁市休闲农业游客主要来自本市，其中本市城镇居民又是最主要的客源，其年龄构成以中青年为主，职业主要是公务员、企事业单位人员和学生，学历层次相对较高，收入以中低收入为主，逗留时间短，消费低，出游需求旺盛，出游动机复杂，与亲友出游为主，以乘坐私家车和公共汽车为主要交通方式，喜欢食宿在农家，喜欢自然和乡土，喜欢土特产，喜欢参与性较强的活动项目的特点。而目前南宁市休闲农业发展面临的起步晚、实力弱、发展水平不高、缺乏整体的科学规划、基金不足、形式单一、产业链条短、布点分散，，整合不够、重生产轻推广、品牌形象模糊、从业人员素质低、缺乏专业人才、政策和法规亟待完善等问题。最后针对这些问题提出实施税收优惠政策、实行有利于发展的土地管理政策、完善价格和收费政策、增加财政投入等一系列政策及加强政府对休闲农业的引导和支持、完善基础设施建设、开展整体布局和规划工作、树立典型样板、打造精品、树立品牌等一系列措施，来促进南宁市休闲农业的发展，同时结合典型案例来加以分析说明。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and urbanization, leisure agriculture tourism has emerged all over the country, especially in the eastern developed areas. The development of leisure agriculture can not only meet the needs of people approaching nature and returning to nature, but also promote the development of rural areas, promote farmers' employment and income, and prolong the agricultural industry chain. This paper first expounds the related research of leisure agriculture, defines the related concepts of leisure agriculture, then analyzes the development of leisure agriculture in Nanning by SWOT analysis, and investigates and analyzes the tourists of leisure agriculture in Nanning. On this basis, it is concluded that the leisure agricultural tourists of Tongnanning mainly come from this city, among which the urban residents of this city are also the most important source of tourists. Their age composition is mainly young and middle-aged, and their occupations are mainly civil servants, personnel of enterprises and institutions, and students. The education level is relatively high, the income is mainly middle and low income, the stay time is short, the consumption is low, the traveling demand is exuberant, the traveling motive is complicated, the traveling with relatives and friends is the main way, the main way of transportation is by private car and bus. Like food and lodging in the farm, like nature and local, like local products, like the characteristics of participatory activities. At present, the development of leisure agriculture in Nanning is faced with a late start, weak strength, low level of development, lack of overall scientific planning, insufficient fund, single form, short industrial chain, scattered distribution, insufficient integration, and less emphasis on production and promotion. Brand image is vague, the quality of employees is low, lack of professional personnel, policies and regulations need to be improved and so on. Finally, a series of policies such as implementing preferential tax policies, implementing land management policies conducive to development, perfecting price and charging policies, increasing financial input, and strengthening government guidance and support for leisure agriculture are put forward. Perfect infrastructure construction, carry out overall layout and planning work, set up a typical model, create fine products, establish a series of measures to establish brand to promote the development of leisure agriculture in Nanning City, combined with typical cases to analyze and explain.
