集安五女峰国家森林公园生态旅游资源评价与满意度研究

【摘要】:近年来,以森林公园为载体的生态旅游成为了时下都市群体热衷追捧的旅游活动形式。其作为追求人与自然和谐发展理念的新型旅游方式,在打破传统旅游的同时,如何能够把握其未来的可持续走向成了当务之急的问题。基于如上背景,本文以集安五女峰国家森林公园为研究对象,进行生态旅游资源评价与满意度研究,不仅对五女峰国家森林公园生态旅游的长远规划与发展有一定的理论和实践意义,同时也对同类森林公园今后的开发具有一定的指导意义。 本文在对生态旅游、森林公园的定义与国内外研究动向及可持续发展理论明晰的前提下,明确了研究工作的方法、技术路线;经过实地调研,全面考察总结景区目前的自然概况与社会经济条件;对五女峰景区的生态旅游资源构建合理的评价指标体系,以层次分析法确定权重值,结合问卷统计,得出最终的生态旅游资源综合评分;以对游客随机发放问卷调查的方式,结合Excel、Spss等软件分析处理数据,对游客的行为特征、满意度指数及相关因素的分析,对景区的可持续发展及未来规划开发提供相关合理建议。研究结论主要如下: (1)景区的生态旅游资源具体分为两大主类、六个亚类、十六个旅游单体;生态旅游资源丰润富足,具有较高的观赏、文化、科考价值;景区所依托的社会经济条件因素优越,拥有适合开发的交通、地域组合及施工条件等 (2)景区的生态旅游资源综合评价值为7.5596,属一级资源,生态旅游资源较为优质,具有开发潜力和价值。 (3)景区游客的人口统计学特征、行为特征问卷调查结果显示,景区现阶段的市场以中青年游客、本省市的客源居多,游客的偏向旅游动机为生态体验及休闲,游客停留时间相对较短,消费力相对较低,购买欲望不足,获取信息渠道单一等为主要特征。 (4)景区的综合满意度问卷调研结果显示,游客的总体满意度值为3.4624,游览前后游客对比评价的满意度值为3.098,属较高满意度:游客的重游满意度值为2.3266,属中层满意度。 (5)相关性卡方检验表明逗留时间、收入与消费之间存在相关性,相关分析结果显示总体满意度与学历入之间的关系为负相关。 (6)结合全文调研结果与分析结论的基础上,总结五女峰国家森林公园的旅游市场特征,划分游客类型,为景区未来发展的五大方面提供合理建议,并针对游客的不同层次需求,对景区今后的开发规划做出十二个新项目的提议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, ecological tourism with forest park as its carrier has become a popular form of tourism activities among urban groups. As a new type of tourism mode which pursues the concept of harmonious development between man and nature, how to grasp the sustainable trend of its future has become an urgent issue at the same time as breaking the traditional tourism. Based on the above background, this paper takes Wuyufeng National Forest Park of Ji'an as the research object, carries on the ecotourism resources appraisal and the satisfaction research, It not only has certain theoretical and practical significance for the long-term planning and development of ecological tourism in Wuyufeng National Forest Park, but also has certain guiding significance for the future development of the similar forest park. On the premise of the definition of ecotourism, forest park, the research trend at home and abroad and the theory of sustainable development, this paper clarifies the methods and technical route of the research. Comprehensive investigation and summary of the current natural situation and social and economic conditions of the scenic area, the establishment of a reasonable evaluation index system of the eco-tourism resources in Wuyufeng scenic spot, the determination of the weight value by AHP, the combination of questionnaire statistics, Finally, the comprehensive score of ecotourism resources is obtained, and the data are analyzed by the way of random distribution of questionnaires to tourists, combining with the software such as Excel Spss, to analyze the behavior characteristics, satisfaction index and related factors of tourists. To the scenic area sustainable development and future planning and development to provide relevant reasonable suggestions. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the ecotourism resources of the scenic spots are divided into two main categories, six subclasses and sixteen tourism monomers, and the ecotourism resources are abundant and abundant, with high ornamental, cultural and scientific value. The scenic spot relies on the social and economic condition factor is superior, has the suitable development transportation, the geographical combination and the construction condition and so on (2) the scenic spot ecological tourism resources comprehensive appraisal value is 7.5596, belongs to the first class resources, the eco-tourism resources is relatively high quality, (3) demographic characteristics and behavioral characteristics of tourists in scenic spots. The results of questionnaire show that the market of scenic spots is dominated by young and middle-aged tourists at the present stage, and the tourist resources of the provinces and cities are the majority. The tourist's biased tourism motive is ecological experience and leisure, the tourist stay time is relatively short, the consumption power is relatively low, the purchase desire is insufficient, Single access to information is the main characteristic. (4) the comprehensive satisfaction questionnaire of scenic spots shows that, The overall satisfaction value of tourists was 3.4624, the satisfaction value of tourist comparative evaluation before and after sightseeing was 3.098, and the satisfaction value of tourists revisiting was 2.3266, which was middle-level satisfaction. (5) correlation chi-square test showed that the duration of stay, There is a correlation between income and consumption, and the results of correlation analysis show that the relationship between total satisfaction and academic qualifications is negatively correlated. (6) based on the results of the full text survey and the conclusion of the analysis, This paper summarizes the characteristics of the tourism market of Wuyufeng National Forest Park, classifies the tourist types, provides reasonable suggestions for the five aspects of the future development of the scenic area, and aims at the different levels of demands of the tourists. Twelve new projects are proposed for the future development planning of the scenic spot.
