基于自组织理论的旅游产业融合研究

【摘要】:作为国家重点扶持的战略性产业,旅游业具有涉及面广、综合性强的特性,使得融合发展成为提升其竞争优势的重要途径。在这种背景下,对旅游产业的融合发展展开针对性的系统研究具有重大的理论价值和现实意义。深入研究旅游产业融合发展的形成机理及其演进的方式方法,有助于产业融合理论框架结构的完善和内容的丰富,有助于更加合理地制定促进旅游产业持续快速发展的科学规划。 本论文从自组织理论出发,以旅游产业的融合发展为研究对象,对旅游产业发展过程中的“为什么融?融什么?怎么融?融的结果是什么?”等问题展开详细论述。 论文对旅游产业融合发展中外文献进行了系统梳理。旅游产业融合发展已成为产业融合理论应用的重要领域。先后对产业融合发展及其在旅游产业应用的相关文献分别综述,并对作为本论文出发点的自组织理论做了归纳总结。 论文从自组织理论出发,对旅游产业融合发展的机理进行了分析。旅游产业融合发展的自组织演进主要取决于外部的客观环境和内在的动力机制。影响系统自组织演进的外部客观环境主要包括政治环境、经济环境、社会环境以及技术环境等。从政治环境方面看,旅游产业已成为国家重点扶持的战略性产业,国家高度重视旅游产业的融合发展;从经济环境方面看,随着收入水平的提高,人们对多元化、个性化旅游产品的需求增加,为新型旅游产品、旅游业态提供了良好市场前景;从社会环境方面看,随着人们对生活品质要求的提高,旅游成了人们的一种心理和精神需要;从技术方面看,技术创新及其渗透扩散往往是产业融合发展中的先行者,为旅游产业融合提供了重要的技术支撑。 竞争与协同及二者间的相互作用,是旅游产业融合自组织演进的内在的根本动力。耗散结构理论认为,竞争进一步强化系统内部子系统间的非线性关系,协同则又进一步密切各子系统间的非线性关系,最终二者间形成依次递进的正反馈机制。 序参量是旅游产业融合系统获得了自组织演进的根本动力,主导着旅游产业融合中各子系统间相互作用的发挥,决定了旅游产业融合发展的方向和进程。涨落及其关联放大是与产业融合相关的序参量形成和有序化的必经历程。静态地看,涨落及其关联放大是对旅游产业融合的点偏离;动态地看,涨落及其关联放大是对旅游产业融合趋势的过程偏离。旅游产业融合中各子系统间竞争和协同作用的发挥,主要通过系统的涨落及其关联放大来体现。 在对旅游产业融合发展进行实证分析过程中,采用赫芬达尔指数法对部分旅游业上市公司的产业融合情况进行了测评。目前我国旅游产业的融合发展仅处于低度的初级融合阶段,同时提出适度融合概念,认为适度融合对提升旅游产业竞争力至关重要,旅游产业的融合发展要与旅游业及相关产业的承受能力、消化能力相适应,从而更好地实现旅游产业融合发展的自组织演进。 在对旅游产业融合发展的经济效应进行分析时,可以从全局层面、产业层次和微观个体等三个方面来研究旅游产业融合发展的经济效应。全局层面上表现为有助于促进经济增长、提高社会福利水平、深化经济一体化等;产业层次上表现为对旅游业的结构-行为-绩效所造成的冲击;微观上主要包括增加就业,提高从业人员收入水平等。 论文最后提出了促进旅游产业融合发展的措施建议。一是放松经济管制,扩大旅游产业融合发展的开放性;加强市场规范,促进旅游产业的平稳健康发展。二是针对旅游产品供求方面主观能力方面的影响,主张培育潜在顾客群方面进行战略性布局,对于有消费支付能力的潜在顾客而言,应注意引导、培育其追求旅游时尚的理念。三是健全完善相关的制度设计,规范旅游产业的融合发展。四是针对旅游规划不足对产业融合的制约,主张规划的最终目的是引导旅游业形成融合发展的自组织系统,并以此出发来制定旅游产业发展规划。
[Abstract]:As a strategic industry supported by the state, tourism has a broad and comprehensive characteristic, which makes the development of integration an important way to improve its competitive advantage. In this context, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the integration and development of the tourism industry. The formation mechanism of the development of the industry integration and the ways and means of its evolution will help to improve the structure of the theoretical framework of industrial integration and enrich the content, and help to make a more reasonable scientific plan for promoting the sustainable and rapid development of the tourism industry.
This paper, starting with the theory of self-organization, takes the integration and development of tourism industry as the research object, and discusses in detail the problems of "why melts, how to melt, and what is the result of financial integration" in the development of tourism industry.
The paper systematically reviews the literature of the integration and development of tourism industry. The integration and development of tourism industry has become an important field for the application of the theory of industrial integration. It summarizes the related literature of industrial integration and its application in tourism industry, and summarizes the self-organization theory as the starting point of this paper.
On the basis of self-organization theory, this paper analyzes the mechanism of the integration and development of tourism industry. The self-organization evolution of the development of tourism industry integration depends mainly on the external objective environment and internal dynamic mechanism. The external objective environment affecting the self-organization evolution of the system mainly includes the political environment, the economic environment, the social environment and the technical ring. In terms of political environment, the tourism industry has become a strategic industry supported by the state, and the country attaches great importance to the integration and development of the tourism industry. From the economic environment, with the improvement of the income level, the demand for diversification and individualized tourism products is added, and a good city is provided for the new tourism products and the tourism industry. In terms of social environment, with the improvement of people's quality of life, tourism has become a psychological and spiritual need for people. From the technical point of view, technological innovation and its permeation and diffusion are often the pioneers in the development of industrial integration, and provide important technical support for the integration of tourism industry.
The interaction between competition and synergy and the interaction between the two are the fundamental motive forces of the self-organization evolution of the tourism industry. The dissipative structure theory holds that the competition further strengthens the nonlinear relations among the subsystems within the system, and the synergy is further closely related to the nonlinear relations among the subsystems, and the final positive feedback is formed between the two ones. Mechanism.
The order parameter is the fundamental motive force of the self-organizing evolution of the tourism industry fusion system, which dominates the interaction among the subsystems of the tourism industry integration, and determines the direction and process of the tourism industry integration development. The fluctuation and its correlation magnification are the necessary course of the formation and order of the sequence parameters related to the industrial integration. The fluctuation and its correlation magnification are the point deviations to the tourism industry convergence; in the dynamic view, the fluctuation and its correlation magnification are the process deviations from the trend of the tourism industry convergence. The competition and synergy between the subsystems of the tourism industry integration are manifested mainly by the fluctuation of the system and the enlargement of its correlation.
In the process of empirical analysis of the integration and development of tourism industry, the Beh Finn Dahl index method is used to evaluate the industrial integration of some listed companies in the tourism industry. At present, the integration and development of the tourism industry in China is only in the low primary stage of integration. At the same time, the concept of moderate integration is put forward, and the appropriate integration is considered to promote the tourism industry. The competitiveness is very important. The integration and development of tourism industry should be adapted to the capacity of tourism and related industries and the ability of digestion, so as to better realize the self-organized evolution of the integration and development of tourism industry.
In the analysis of the economic effects of the integration and development of tourism industry, we can study the economic effects of the integration and development of the tourism industry from three aspects, such as the overall level, the industrial level and the micro individual. The overall level shows that the economic growth will be promoted, the social welfare is improved and the economic integration is deepened, and the performance of the industrial level is shown on the industrial level. For the impact on the structure, behavior and performance of tourism industry, the micro level mainly includes increasing employment and improving the income level of employees.
Finally, the paper puts forward the measures to promote the integration and development of the tourism industry. One is to relax the economic control and expand the openness of the integration and development of the tourism industry; to strengthen the market norms and to promote the smooth and healthy development of the tourism industry. Two, it is aimed at the influence of the subjective ability of the supply and demand of tourism products, and advocates the cultivation of the potential customers. Strategic layout, for potential customers with consumption payment capacity, should pay attention to guide and cultivate the idea of pursuing tourism fashion. Three is to improve the relevant system design and standardize the integration and development of tourism industry. Four is the restriction of tourism planning to industrial integration, and the ultimate goal of planning is to guide the formation of tourism industry. Based on the self-organizing system, the tourism industry development plan is formulated.
