新疆喀纳斯旅游经济发展研究

【摘要】：旅游经济作为一个经济性产业，在整个社会经济中所占的比重日益提高。世界贸易组织已将旅游业与建筑业、金融业、有点通讯业、运输业并列为世界服务贸易部门。很多国家将旅游业放在一个十分重要的战略地位。我国更是将旅游产业作为国民经济新的增长点来发展，已视其为国民经济的重要产业。旅游产业是一个关联性很强的产业，，旅游产业强关联性的特点正在为带动国民经济其他行业走出经济低谷的重要保证，这一点在旅游发达国家已经得到证明。旅游业是一个产业，它和其他产业的不同点就是它是一个发展速度很快的产业，能够达到占全世界GDP10%的水平。 喀纳斯素有“人间净土”的美誉，是新疆目前唯一的国家级自然保护区，也是新疆资源最集中、品味最高、发展空间和潜力最大的景区，具备建立世界级旅游胜地的资源和区位优势。目前喀纳斯已经成为拉动地区旅游及相关产业发展的龙头，成为地区乃至新疆对外交往的一张名片和一扇窗口。因此对喀纳斯旅游经济发展的研究是十分必要的。喀纳斯景区经过几年的发展，已取得较大的成绩，但旅游业是一个非常敏感和脆弱的产业。它受自然灾害、流行性疾病、经济危机等突发性因素影响，可能出现重大波动。除此之外，旅游业季节性强、旅游开发、旅游服务和旅游管理等方面存在的问题制约喀纳斯旅游业的进一步发展。本文中主要通过关注喀纳斯旅游业的问题，对喀纳斯旅游经济的发展提出进行可行性和必要性论证，并深入了解喀纳斯旅游经济所涉及县市的基础情况，进而对旅游经济发展理论进行研究，最后指出对喀纳斯旅游经济发展的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Tourism economy, as an economic industry, accounts for an increasing proportion in the whole social economy. The World Trade Organization has equated tourism with construction, finance, a bit of communications, and transport as the world's trade in services. Many countries put tourism in a very important strategic position. China regards tourism industry as a new growth point of national economy, which has been regarded as an important industry of national economy. Tourism industry is an industry with strong correlation. The characteristics of strong correlation of tourism industry is an important guarantee to drive other industries of national economy out of the economic trough, which has been proved in tourism developed countries. Tourism is an industry. The difference between tourism and other industries is that it is a fast developing industry, which can reach the level of 10% of GDP in the world. Kanas is known as the "world pure land". It is the only national nature reserve in Xinjiang. It is also a scenic spot with the most concentrated resources, the highest taste, and the greatest development space and potential. Has the resources and the location superiority to establish the world-class tourist destination. At present Kanas has become a regional tourism and related industries to promote the development of regional and even Xinjiang foreign exchanges as a business card and a window. Therefore, it is necessary to study the development of Kanas tourism economy. Kanas scenic area has made great achievements after several years of development, but tourism is a very sensitive and fragile industry. It is affected by natural disasters, epidemic diseases, economic crisis and other sudden factors, which can fluctuate significantly. In addition, the problems in tourism seasonal, tourism development, tourism service and tourism management restrict the further development of Kanas tourism. In this paper, by focusing on the problems of Kanas tourism, the feasibility and necessity of the development of Kanas tourism economy are put forward, and the basic situation of counties and cities involved in Kanas tourism economy is deeply understood. Then the paper studies the theory of tourism economic development, and finally points out the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Kanas tourism economy.
