江西旅游业对农民收入影响的实证研究

【摘要】：近年来,我国旅游业发展迅速,对经济的带动作用愈发凸显。同时,“三农”问题的存在直接影响我国经济的高速发展,解决好“三农”问题,是我国经济发展的基础性问题。目前研究旅游业发展对农民收入影响的研究也越来越多,并取得了一定的成果。在此大背景下,本文首先对江西旅游业发展和农民收入现状进行分析,然后利用搜集的数据,对影响农民收入的因素进行实证分析,证实旅游业发展对农民收入存在影响,最后在前文分析的基础上提出江西旅游业发展的对策和建议。本文研究表明：江西旅游业发展已经初具规模,但与发达省份相比,仍然有较大差距；江西农民工资性收入增长迅速,所占比重日益扩大,家庭经营收入增长缓慢,所占比重下降；收入效应研究发现,近十年来江西旅游业对农民收入的影响加大,但波动明显；回归分析发现,江西旅游业发展对农民收入的影响是显著的,但是现阶段并没有起到很大的拉动作用；江西旅游业具有资源丰富、交通便利等优势条件,缺乏资金投入、目标不明确等劣势条件,同时面临着WTO入世、中部崛起战略等机遇和周边省份竞争的威胁；为了促进江西旅游业发展,增加农民收入,江西必须依靠加大政策支持力度,大力引入人才,拓宽融资渠道等途径来完成。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the tourism industry of our country develops rapidly, the driving effect to the economy is more and more prominent. At the same time, the existence of the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" has a direct impact on the rapid development of our country's economy, and it is the basic problem of our country's economic development to solve the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". At present, there are more and more researches on the impact of tourism development on farmers' income, and some achievements have been made. Under this background, this paper first analyzes the current situation of tourism development and farmers' income in Jiangxi Province, and then, by using the collected data, makes an empirical analysis on the factors that affect farmers' income, and proves that tourism development has an impact on farmers' income. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, the countermeasures and suggestions of Jiangxi tourism development are put forward. The research shows that the tourism industry in Jiangxi has begun to take shape, but there is still a big gap compared with the developed provinces, the wage income of farmers in Jiangxi is increasing rapidly, the proportion of income is increasing day by day, and the income of household management is increasing slowly. The study of income effect found that the impact of Jiangxi tourism on farmers' income increased in the past ten years, but the fluctuation was obvious. Regression analysis found that the impact of Jiangxi tourism development on farmers' income was significant. However, at the present stage, it has not played a very important role in promoting the tourism industry. Jiangxi's tourism industry has many advantages, such as abundant resources, convenient transportation, lack of capital investment, unclear objectives, and so on. At the same time, Jiangxi is faced with the disadvantages of joining the WTO. In order to promote Jiangxi's tourism development and increase farmers' income, Jiangxi must rely on increasing policy support, introducing talents and widening financing channels.
