南岳衡山旅游资源开发潜力评价

【摘要】：旅游资源开发潜力评价以旅游地的旅游资源、与旅游资源相关的景区、资源所属的区域等其他因素等作为研究对象,运用一定的方法对旅游资源的开发潜力作出评价的过程。旅游资源开发潜力评价为旅游地旅游资源的合理规划、开发提供科学根据,为景区未来的发展提供指导。旅游资源开发潜力的评价是旅游资源合理开发利用的基础。本文在总结国内外已有的关于旅游资源开发评价内容、方法,旅游资源价值评价的内容和方法的基础上,概括出已有的评价方法的优缺点,指出以后旅游资源评价方法上可能会有的创新之处。之后总结已有的旅游资源开发潜力评价内容、评价对象、评价方法。最后,总结出本文的研究内容和研究路线。综合国内外已有的研究成果,结合南岳衡山的实际情况。从与旅游资源价值、景区条件和区域条件三方面因素中,选取了20个指标,构建了南岳衡山旅游资源开发潜力评价指标体系。利用专家打分法给出每个因子的重要性,再运用层次分析法确定指标的权重,建立南岳衡山旅游资源开发潜力评价模型。对选取的20个引自作出解释,指出选取这些因子的原因及作出这些因子的评价标准。选取南岳衡山景区的十一个景点作为评价对象,请专家对资源价值部分进行打分,而景区条件和区域条件则根据实际打分标准打分之后统计和计算这十一个景区旅游资源开发潜力各个指标的得分。利用南岳衡山旅游资源开发潜力评价指标体系计算南岳衡山这十一个景点之间旅游资源开发潜力的大小,并进行对比分析。通过分析南岳衡山这十一个景点之间的旅游资源的大小,总结出南岳衡山旅游资源开发潜力的优势和不足,提出有针对性的对策和建议。最后,总结论文目前存在的不足之处及创新点,同时对未来的研究方向做出展望。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of tourism resources exploitation potential takes tourism resources, scenic spots related to tourism resources and other factors such as the regions to which resources belong as the research object, and uses certain methods to evaluate the development potential of tourism resources. The evaluation of tourism resources development potential provides scientific basis for the rational planning and development of tourist resources and provides guidance for the future development of scenic spots. The evaluation of tourism resources exploitation potential is the basis of rational development and utilization of tourism resources. On the basis of summarizing the contents, methods and methods of tourism resource development evaluation, this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing evaluation methods. The paper points out the innovation in the evaluation method of tourism resources. Then summarizes the existing tourism resources development potential evaluation content, evaluation object, evaluation methods. Finally, the research content and research route of this paper are summarized. Synthesizes the domestic and foreign existing research results, unifies the Nanyue Hengshan actual situation. From the three factors of tourism resource value, scenic spot condition and regional condition, 20 indexes were selected, and the evaluation index system of tourism resources development potential in Hengshan Mountain of Nanyue was constructed. The importance of each factor is given by using the expert scoring method, and then the weight of the index is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the evaluation model of tourism resources development potential of Hengshan Mountain in Nanyue is established. The causes of selecting these factors and the evaluation criteria are pointed out. Select 11 scenic spots in Hengshan Mountain, Nanyue, as the evaluation object, and ask experts to rate the value of the resources. On the other hand, according to the actual scoring criteria, the conditions of the scenic spots and the regional conditions count and calculate the scores of the indicators of the tourism resources development potential of these 11 scenic spots. By using the evaluation index system of tourism resources exploitation potential in Hengshan Mountain, Nanyue Mountain, the potential of tourism resources development among 11 scenic spots in Hengshan Mountain, Nanyue Mountain, is calculated and compared and analyzed. By analyzing the size of tourism resources among the eleven scenic spots in Nanyue Hengshan, the paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of tourism resources development potential in Hengshan Mountain, Nanyue, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. Finally, the paper summarizes the existing deficiencies and innovations, and prospects for future research.
