国外航空旅游业研究综述与启示

【摘要】：以《Annals of Tourism Research》、《Tourism Management》、《Journal of Travel Research》三大旅游研究期刊和Elsevier Science、EBSCOHost、SAGE三大数据库作为检索源,获得自1982年以来航空旅游业研究的相关文献94篇。分析结果显示:30年来,国外航空旅游业在管理体制演化、商业模式创新、客源结构变迁和对目的地环境影响等方面取得了较多的研究成果;研究内容涉及航空政策变迁及对旅游经济的影响、商业模式创新对航空旅游业的影响、航空旅游业的环境影响及控制、航空旅游业市场营销及评估等4个方面。可将航空旅游业30年的研究历程分为:起步、发展和深化3个阶段,每一个阶段在研究方法、研究内容方面均存在较大差异。未来的研究需要更加关注航空交通与出游方式选择的相互影响、航空旅游业对目的地的影响评估、航空旅游产业结构关系的演化等方面。
[Abstract]:Three major tourist research journals, < Annals of Tourism Research >, < Tourism Management >, < Journal of Travel Research > and three databases of Elsevier Science,EBSCOHost,SAGE were used as the retrieval source, and 94 articles about aviation tourism research since 1982 were obtained. The results show that: over the past 30 years, foreign aviation tourism has made more research results in the aspects of management system evolution, business model innovation, passenger source structure changes and impact on destination environment. The contents of the study include the changes of aviation policy and its impact on tourism economy, the impact of business model innovation on aviation tourism, the environmental impact and control of aviation tourism, and the marketing and evaluation of aviation tourism. The research course of aviation tourism in 30 years can be divided into three stages: starting, developing and deepening. There are great differences in research methods and contents in each stage. The future research needs to pay more attention to the interaction between air traffic and the choice of travel mode, the impact assessment of aviation tourism on the destination, the evolution of the relationship between aviation tourism industry structure, and so on.
