基于产业分工的旅游产业融合研究

【摘要】：中国旅游业在改革开放30多年以来实现了快速发展，取得了巨大的发展成就，对我国社会经济的发展也做出了重要贡献。但随着国际化进程的不断加深，世界旅游业发展不确定性因素也日益增多，我国旅游业面临着更大的压力与挑战，产业结构调整及产业转型升级成为当前我国旅游产业发展的重要方向，而旅游产业融合则为实现这一转型发展创造了优质条件。因此本文这一选题既具有一定的理论研究意义，，又为当前我国旅游产业融合的实践发展提供借鉴价值。本文在研究过程中运用了文献研究法、定性分析法、交叉研究法及个案研究法等一系列研究方法，首先通过文献研究回顾和总结了当前国内外旅游产业融合的研究成果，发现国内外关于旅游产业融合的研究文献数量还比较少，更没有形成系统的理论体系，在此基础上进一步对旅游产业融合的背景进行分析，明确其对我国旅游业产业结构调整及转型升级的重大意义；其次，本文以产业分工为全新的研究视角，基于系统论、比较优势理论及价值链等理论，阐述了旅游产业融合发生的系统机理，进而提出旅游产业融合的实现方式和实现路径；再次，在分析了旅游产业融合初始条件的前提下，提出旅游产业融合的四种模式及相应的发展策略；最后，选取宽城休闲旅游区作为案例研究，详细分析了宽城休闲旅游区旅游产业融合的背景，总结出了宽城休闲旅游区旅游产业融合的实现路径、融合模式及发展的对策建议。本文的这一研究在一定程度上完善和发展了当前国内旅游产业融合的研究成果，使其更加全面和系统，同时本文经过研究提出相关的旅游产业融合路径、方式、模式及发展策略也将对我国旅游产业融合的实践发展提供借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:China's tourism industry has achieved rapid development since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years. It has made great achievements and made important contributions to the development of China's social economy. However, with the deepening of the internationalization process and the increasing uncertainties in the development of the world tourism industry, China's tourism industry is facing greater pressure and challenges. The adjustment of the industrial structure and the upgrading of the industrial transformation have become the important direction of the development of tourism industry in China, and the integration of the tourism industry has created the high quality conditions for the realization of the transformation and development of the tourism industry. Therefore, this topic not only has certain theoretical significance, but also provides reference value for the practice development of tourism industry convergence in our country. In this paper, a series of research methods, such as literature research, qualitative analysis, cross-research and case study, are used. Firstly, the paper reviews and summarizes the current research results of tourism industry convergence at home and abroad through literature research. It is found that the research literature on tourism industry convergence at home and abroad is still relatively small, and there is no systematic theoretical system. On this basis, the background of tourism industry convergence is further analyzed. It is of great significance to adjust and upgrade the industrial structure of tourism industry in China. Secondly, this paper takes the industrial division of labor as a new research perspective, based on the system theory, comparative advantage theory and value chain theory, etc. This paper expounds the system mechanism of tourism industry convergence, and then puts forward the realization mode and path of tourism industry convergence. Thirdly, under the premise of analyzing the initial conditions of tourism industry convergence, Four models of tourism industry convergence and corresponding development strategies are put forward. Finally, the paper selects Kuancheng leisure tourism area as a case study, and analyzes the background of tourism industry convergence in Kuancheng leisure tourism area in detail. This paper sums up the way of realizing the integration of tourism industry in Kuancheng leisure tourism area, the mode of integration and the countermeasures and suggestions for its development. To a certain extent, this study has improved and developed the current research results of domestic tourism industry convergence, making it more comprehensive and systematic. At the same time, this paper put forward the related ways and means of tourism industry convergence. The model and development strategy will also provide reference for the practice and development of tourism industry convergence in China.
