基于AHP的玉树灾后重建区生态旅游评价指标体系研究

【摘要】:随着第二轮西部大开发战略的实施和国家对青海等藏区经济社会发展政策的出台,对于拥有丰富自然和人文资源的西部藏区是个绝佳的发展机遇。近年来,,各地对生态旅游发展的探讨在树立生态文明意识、生态环境保护、增加就业机会和促进经济社会可持续发展有着不可估量的作用。 当然,并非所有的地区都适合生态旅游发展,盲目的进行生态旅游资源的开发,不仅不会带来经济效益,并且会破坏当地生态环境。因此,科学的分析生态旅游发展的过程有利于达到生态环境保护和促进经济发展的双赢。由于生态旅游许多方面不好定量,当前对生态旅游的评价大多数都是定性的,但是定性评价存在着很多影响因素,带有很大的主观性,评价结果并不能保证其客观性。 本文试图通过定量分析的方法来研究玉树地震灾区生态旅游发展策略,为了保证定量方法的准确性,根据生态旅游的内涵和特点,以及层次分析法和信息熵的理论基础,考虑到生态旅游发展过程中存在的复杂的生态等各类问题,提出生态旅游发展的适宜性评价指标体系,选取8个影响生态旅游发展的评价指标,进一步根据层次分析法和熵权法相结合的方法量化指标,确定各项指标权重,构建玉树地震灾区生态旅游发展综合评价模型。 玉树地震灾区大部分位于青藏高原的高原面上,西南部为金沙江、澜沧江上游河谷区景观奇特;灾区又是三江源自然保护区的重要组成部分,有重要的生态涵养功能;另外,该地区藏传佛教寺院颇多,宗教色彩浓厚,形成了具有地域特色、浓郁民族风情的文化和艺术。因此,以玉树灾后重建区为例进行量化分析,为玉树灾后重建区生态旅游发展提供决策依据,促进当地生态环境保护和经济发展并驾齐驱,同时也为其他藏区发展生态旅游发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the second round of western development strategy and the promulgation of the national economic and social development policy for Qinghai and other Tibetan areas, it is an excellent development opportunity for the western Tibetan region, which has abundant natural and human resources. In recent years, the discussion on the development of ecotourism has played an inestimable role in setting up the consciousness of ecological civilization, protecting the ecological environment, increasing employment opportunities and promoting the sustainable development of economy and society. Of course, not all areas are suitable for the development of eco-tourism, blind development of eco-tourism resources, not only will not bring economic benefits, and will damage the local ecological environment. Therefore, scientific analysis of the process of eco-tourism development is conducive to the ecological environment protection and promote economic development win-win. Because many aspects of ecotourism are difficult to quantify, most of the current evaluation of ecotourism is qualitative, but there are many influencing factors in the qualitative evaluation, which is very subjective, and the evaluation results can not guarantee its objectivity. This paper attempts to study the development strategy of ecotourism in the earthquake stricken area of Yushu through quantitative analysis. In order to ensure the accuracy of the quantitative method, according to the connotation and characteristics of ecotourism, as well as the theoretical basis of AHP and information entropy. Considering the complicated ecological problems in the process of ecotourism development, this paper puts forward the suitability evaluation index system of ecotourism development, and selects eight evaluation indexes that affect the development of ecotourism. According to the quantitative indexes of AHP and entropy method, the weight of each index is determined, and the comprehensive evaluation model of ecotourism development in the earthquake stricken area of Yushu is constructed. Most of the disaster areas in Yushu are located on the plateau of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The southwest is the Jinsha River and the upper Lancang River valley has a peculiar landscape; the disaster area is also an important part of the Sanjiangyuan Nature Reserve and has an important ecological conservation function. In addition, There are many Tibetan Buddhist monasteries in this area with strong religious color, forming a culture and art with regional characteristics and rich national customs. Therefore, taking the post-disaster reconstruction area of Yushu as an example, the quantitative analysis is carried out to provide the decision-making basis for the ecotourism development in the post-disaster reconstruction area of Yushu, and to promote the local ecological environment protection and economic development to keep pace with each other. At the same time also for other Tibetan areas to develop ecological tourism development to provide a reference.
