高等旅游教育资源区域分布差异研究

【摘要】:我国高等旅游教育起步较晚,但发展速度较快,长期以来规模化的发展模式使我国旅游教育资源在数量和质量两方面两极分化现象严重,并且大多数旅游高校不具备个性鲜明的竞争优势。因此,急需对我国的高等旅游教育资源进行优化与整合。本论文以旅游教育资源空间分布的视角,基于区域空间结构理论、区域经济增长理论、系统论,运用SPSS技术对全国31个省、自治区、直辖市的257所高等旅游院校进行统计分析,以期探求我国高等旅游教育资源在时间和空间上的分布差异及特征,为旅游教育资源的整合和配置提供策略。论文包括五个部分,第一部分为引言部分,阐述了研究背景及研究意义;第二部分对相关概念及理论进行了阐述;第三部分对我国高等旅游教育发展进行了回溯;第四部分从空间分布角度对我国的高等旅游教育资源进行了区域分布与差异的实证解读;第五章结合我国高等旅游教育资源的空间分布特征及存在的问题,提出了高等旅游教育资源的整合与优化对策。 本论文取得的基本结论包括: 1.高等旅游院校的数量和在校生数量均逐年增长,高等旅游教育资源的总体规模和单体规模均在不断增大,但在空间分布上存在着十分严重的两极分化现象。 2.根据空间自相关检验,,各高校的综合实力在空间分布上具有明显的正空间自相关性,存在空间上的集群现象。 3.地区经济繁荣程度和旅游资源的丰富程度是影响教育资源分布的根本原因,二者不仅决定了旅游教育的发展,也制约着旅游教育资源的投入与分布。 4.师资、教学硬件资源、研究生培养水平是加大校际间差距的主要原因。通过聚类分析的结果和因子分析的验证,以上三方面是校际间存在资源差异的主要原因。 5.各省区教育分工逐步明确,规模化发展的地区和内涵式发展的地区划分界限明显,培养目标和培养方式各有不同。 6.绝大多数的非独立高校不具备资源优势和办学特色,与独立旅游院校差距较大。
[Abstract]:The higher tourism education of our country starts late, but the development speed is fast. The development pattern of the scale for a long time makes the resources of tourism education in our country polarized seriously in both quantity and quality. And most tourism colleges and universities do not have distinctive competitive advantages. Therefore, it is urgent to optimize and integrate the resources of higher tourism education in China. From the perspective of spatial distribution of tourism educational resources, based on the theory of regional spatial structure, the theory of regional economic growth and the theory of system, this paper uses SPSS technology to analyze 257 tourism colleges and universities in 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. In order to explore the distribution and characteristics of higher tourism education resources in time and space, this paper provides strategies for the integration and allocation of tourism education resources. The thesis includes five parts, the first part is the introduction part, the research background and significance are expounded; the second part describes the related concepts and theories; the third part reviews the development of higher tourism education in China; The fourth part analyzes the regional distribution and difference of higher tourism education resources in China from the perspective of spatial distribution. The fifth chapter combines the spatial distribution characteristics and existing problems of higher tourism education resources in China, and puts forward the integration and optimization countermeasures of higher tourism education resources. The basic conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1. The number of higher tourism colleges and universities and the number of students are increasing year by year. The overall scale and individual scale of higher tourism education resources are increasing, but there is a very serious phenomenon of polarization in the spatial distribution. 2. According to the spatial autocorrelation test, the comprehensive strength of each university has obvious positive spatial autocorrelation in the spatial distribution, and there is a spatial cluster phenomenon. 3. The degree of regional economic prosperity and the abundance of tourism resources are the fundamental reasons that affect the distribution of educational resources. They not only determine the development of tourism education, but also restrict the investment and distribution of tourism educational resources. 4. Teachers, teaching hardware resources, graduate training level are the main reasons for increasing the gap between schools. Through the results of cluster analysis and factor analysis, the above three aspects are the main reasons for the difference of resources among schools. 5. The division of labor between provinces and regions is gradually clear, the boundaries of the regions developed on a large scale and those of the areas with connotative development are obvious, and the training objectives and modes are different. 6. The vast majority of non-independent colleges and universities do not have the advantages of resources and school characteristics, and independent tourism colleges and universities are far from each other.
