江苏省区域旅游整合研究

【摘要】:江苏省地处我国大陆沿海中部,历史悠久、文化多元、兼具南北色彩,具备优越的地理位置及丰富的旅游资源,旅游经济发展迅速。自2006年起,其旅游总收入连续6年位居全国旅游业总收入排行榜首位。但由于江苏省13个地级市区域经济、旅游资源、交通可达性等方面的差异及政府发展战略侧重于苏南,江苏旅游业发展程度及综合实力在空间分布上存在较大区域差异。因此,为了缩小区域差异,,实现区域优势互补,促进江苏省旅游产业长远、协调发展,有必要对江苏省区域旅游整合进行系统研究,从而使江苏省旅游业实现可持续发展。 本文运用系统科学理论、区域发展理论、利益相关者理论、可持续发展理论等相关基础理论,采用不同的定量评价模型与定性分析模型,以江苏省为研究对象,通过解析江苏省基本省情,分析其社会经济环境、区域旅游资源、旅游客源市场、旅游服务设施,构建江苏省区域旅游竞争力评价指标体系,从而明确江苏省区域旅游发展现状,从江苏省区域旅游空间结构、区域旅游产品建设、区域旅游市场整合、区域旅游主要利益相关者整合等角度提出江苏省区域旅游整合模式及相应对策建议。 首先,简要分析了江苏省区域旅游整合的研究背景及研究意义,在总结国外、国内区域旅游整合研究现状的基础上,提出本文的研究方法及技术路线。明确区域旅游、区域旅游整合的基本内涵及进行区域旅游整合的理论基础。 其次,文章介绍了江苏省区域旅游整合的影响因素,从江苏省社会经济环境、旅游资源、旅游客源市场、旅游服务设施四个角度分别展开具体分析。并系统解析了江苏省区域旅游发展现状及区域旅游整合现状。通过构建区域旅游竞争力评价指标体系,定量计算江苏13个地级城市的区域旅游竞争力。并对评价结果进行聚类分析,将江苏省13个地级城市按照旅游竞争力强弱划分为四个梯度。结合近年来江苏省区域旅游整合实践,分析其区域旅游整合过程中存在的问题。 再次,就江苏省区域旅游整合的具体模式展开分析,提出了“三核、五带、四圈”的江苏省区域旅游整合空间模式;根据旅游资源特点,提出构建多功能、多尺度、多层次协调发展的旅游产品体系及多条主题旅游线路、特色精品旅游线路;从共塑区域旅游形象、联合营销等多角度展开区域旅游市场整合;并对区域旅游主要利益相关者整合提出相关建议。 最后结合以上分析,提出了江苏省区域旅游整合发展对策,从而保障江苏省区域旅游整合有序推进。
[Abstract]:Jiangsu Province is located in the middle of the coast of mainland of China. It has a long history, diverse culture, has the color of north and south, has superior geographical position and abundant tourist resources, and the tourism economy develops rapidly. Since 2006, its total tourism revenue for 6 consecutive years ranked top of the national total tourism revenue. However, due to the differences of regional economy, tourism resources and transportation accessibility in 13 prefectural cities in Jiangsu Province, and the government development strategy focusing on southern Jiangsu, there are great regional differences in the spatial distribution of tourism development and comprehensive strength in Jiangsu Province. Therefore, in order to reduce regional differences, realize regional complementary advantages, promote the long-term and coordinated development of tourism industry in Jiangsu Province, it is necessary to make a systematic study on the integration of regional tourism in Jiangsu Province, so as to realize the sustainable development of tourism in Jiangsu Province. Based on the system science theory, regional development theory, stakeholder theory, sustainable development theory and so on, this paper adopts different quantitative evaluation models and qualitative analysis models, and takes Jiangsu Province as the research object. Through analyzing the basic situation of Jiangsu Province, analyzing its social and economic environment, regional tourism resources, tourist source market and tourism service facilities, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of Jiangsu's regional tourism competitiveness. From the perspective of the regional tourism spatial structure, the construction of regional tourism products and the integration of regional tourism market in Jiangsu Province, the current situation of regional tourism development in Jiangsu Province is clarified. From the angle of integration of main stakeholders of regional tourism, this paper puts forward the model of regional tourism integration in Jiangsu Province and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Firstly, this paper briefly analyzes the research background and significance of regional tourism integration in Jiangsu Province, and puts forward the research method and technical route of this paper on the basis of summing up the present research situation of foreign and domestic regional tourism integration. Make clear the regional tourism, the basic connotation of regional tourism integration and the theoretical basis of regional tourism integration. Secondly, the paper introduces the influencing factors of regional tourism integration in Jiangsu Province, and analyzes the factors from four angles: social and economic environment, tourism resources, tourist source market and tourism service facilities. The paper also analyzes the present situation of regional tourism development and regional tourism integration in Jiangsu Province. By constructing the evaluation index system of regional tourism competitiveness, the regional tourism competitiveness of 13 prefectural cities in Jiangsu is calculated quantitatively. The evaluation results were analyzed and 13 cities in Jiangsu Province were divided into four gradients according to the tourism competitiveness. Based on the practice of regional tourism integration in Jiangsu Province in recent years, the problems in the process of regional tourism integration are analyzed. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the specific mode of regional tourism integration in Jiangsu Province, and puts forward the spatial model of "three cores, five belts and four circles". According to the characteristics of tourism resources, this paper puts forward the construction of multi-function, multi-scale, multi-level coordinated development of tourism products system and a number of theme tourism routes, characteristic boutique tourism routes; From co-molding regional tourism image, joint marketing and other multi-angle regional tourism market integration, and the main stakeholders in regional tourism integration put forward relevant suggestions. Finally, based on the above analysis, the author puts forward the countermeasures of the development of regional tourism integration in Jiangsu Province, so as to ensure the orderly promotion of regional tourism integration in Jiangsu Province.
