淮安市乡村旅游发展研究

【摘要】:乡村旅游作为一种社会休闲活动正式出现在欧洲,如今,许多发达国家发展日臻成熟。乡村旅游在我国出现较晚,但发展迅速。淮安乡村旅游尽管起步较晚,但发展速度快、势头好,许多景点已经比较成熟,像铁山寺的“农家乐”、白马湖的“渔家乐”、洪泽的“水上人家”这样的乡村旅游项目,每年都能吸引大量来自上海、安徽、山东等周边省、市的游客。目前,淮安已经建成六家全国农业旅游示范点,龙虾之乡——盱眙成功创建中国旅游强县,成为苏北旅游第一县。淮安乡村旅游在高位规划下,已初步形成了包括乡村生态环境、农家乐、农俗节庆、高效农业园区、花卉和林果种植、观光休闲农园和水产养殖等七大类,涵盖了农、林、渔和农副产品加工等多种业态,产生了较为显著的综合效益。尤其是盱眙龙虾节、淮扬菜美食文化节、金湖荷花节、涟水白鹭节、洪泽湖水上运动会等节庆活动的成功举办,以及对旅游市场高起点的规划和培育,使得淮安乡村旅游在全省乃至全国的知名度不断攀升。但是因缺少系统理论指导,淮安乡村旅游也出现了不少问题,故对此做专门研究具有重要的现实意义。 研究表明,淮安作为苏北农业大市,发展乡村旅游在区位、资源、价位、特色等方面具有较为突出的优势,但同时也存在经营者自主发展意识不强、资金投入不足、基础设施建设不足、从业人员素质偏低、经营项目不够丰富系统等方面的问题。由于乡村旅游发展与新农村建设及淮安建设农业生态城的目标高度一致,受到政府的高度重视,并且随着城市居民生活理念的变化、收入的增加,乡村旅游呈现出巨大的发展空间。当然,淮安在发展乡村旅游过程中也面临着乡村文化资源脆弱、精品旅游影响力不大、乡村城市化、旅游产品季节性强、旅游消费需求多样等挑战。 本文在对已有研究成果的回顾、归纳的基础上,以增长极理论、体验经济理论为基础,深入实地观察体验,对调查区域内乡村旅游管理者、经营者与消费者采用访谈、问卷调查等社会调查方法获取第一手真实的资料,并结合相关部门的统计资料和数据,对淮安市乡村旅游的发展现状以及乡村旅游消费者的基本情况和消费偏好进行定量分析和定性判断,并在此基础上提出淮安市乡村旅游发展对策:广开渠道,加大投入;改善设施,营造环境;挖掘特色,打造品牌;加强管理,规范经营;加强乡村旅游区域建设;强化媒体宣传,提高知名度。
[Abstract]:Rural tourism, as a social leisure activity, has been developed in many developed countries. Rural tourism appears late in our country, but develops rapidly. Although rural tourism in Huai'an started relatively late, it has developed rapidly and gained momentum. Many scenic spots have become relatively mature. Rural tourism projects such as "Nongjiayue" in Tieshan Temple, "Fishery Music" in White Ma Lake, and "floating people" in Hongze have been developed. Every year can attract a large number of tourists from Shanghai, Anhui, Shandong and other surrounding provinces, cities. At present, Huai'an has built six national agricultural tourism demonstration sites, and Xuyi, the hometown of lobster, has successfully established a strong tourism county in China and become the first county in northern Jiangsu. Under the high level planning, rural tourism in Huai'an has initially formed seven major categories, including rural ecological environment, farm music, agricultural festivals, high-efficiency agricultural parks, flowers and fruit cultivation, sightseeing and leisure farming gardens and aquaculture, and so on, covering agriculture and forestry. Fishing and agricultural and sideline products processing and other forms of business, has produced a more significant comprehensive benefits. In particular, Xuyi Lobster Festival, Huaiyang Cuisine Culture Festival, Jinhu Lotus Festival, Lianshui White Heron Festival, Hongze Lake Aquatic Games, etc., and the planning and cultivation of a high starting point for the tourism market. Huai'an rural tourism in the province and even the country's popularity continues to climb. However, due to the lack of systematic theoretical guidance, Huaian rural tourism also appeared a lot of problems, so it has important practical significance to do special research on it. The research shows that Huai'an, as a big agricultural city in northern Jiangsu, has more outstanding advantages in location, resources, price, characteristics and so on, but at the same time, there is not strong sense of self-development of operators and insufficient investment of funds. Lack of infrastructure construction, poor quality of practitioners, inadequate system management projects and other problems. As the development of rural tourism is highly consistent with the goal of the new rural construction and the construction of the agricultural ecological city in Huai'an, the government attaches great importance to it, and with the change of urban residents' concept of life, the income increases. Rural tourism presents a huge space for development. Of course, Huai'an also faces the challenges of fragile rural cultural resources, small impact of high-quality tourism, urbanization of rural areas, strong seasonal tourism products, diverse demand for tourism consumption and so on in the process of developing rural tourism. Based on the theory of growth pole and the theory of experience economy, this paper reviews and sums up the existing research results, deeply observes the experience on the spot, and interviews the rural tourism managers, operators and consumers in the investigation area. Social survey methods, such as questionnaires, obtain first-hand and truthful information, and combine statistics and data from relevant departments. On the basis of quantitative analysis and qualitative judgment on the development of rural tourism in Huai'an city and the basic situation and consumption preference of rural tourism consumers, the author puts forward the countermeasures of rural tourism development in Huai'an: opening wide channels and increasing investment; Improve facilities, create environment; excavate characteristic, build brand; strengthen management, standardize management; strengthen rural tourism area construction; strengthen media propaganda, raise popularity.
