天津市古文化街打造城市RBD的可行性及策略探讨

【摘要】:随着旅游业的发展,以“城市——科技发展、风土人情、城市建筑等”作为核心旅游资源的城市旅游不断成为了旅游业的主流,城市旅游竞争力的培育成为了城市管理者不断研究的重点,作为城市旅游功能集中体现的载体——城市RBD伴随着这样的需求和供给趋势而产生,城市RBD的概念从国外引进国内仅有十几年的历史,但是发展速度之快令所有人震惊,,几乎国内所有的大中型城市都在酝酿规划建设城市RBD。 天津市作为我国仅有的四大直辖市之一,无论是站在历史的角度还是现代经济发展的角度在国内都具有非常高的地位,这也为天津市留下了许多宝贵的旅游资源。天津市古文化街作为天津市众多旅游资源的优秀代表,不仅每年吸引大量的游客前往,同时也是市民休闲的主要场所,承载了非常多的休闲功能。天津市古文化街区域2007年被国家评为5A级旅游区,进一步肯定了其历史文化的重要意义,根据笔者对古文化街区域的功能调查和游客问卷调查,天津市古文化街区域已经初步具备了发展城市RBD的条件,而且游客满意度较高。本文在此基础上对调查数据进行分析研究了天津市古文化街发展真正意义的RBD的可行性,并提出了相应的发展策略。 全文共分七章进行论述: 第一章为绪论。主要阐述了文章的研究背景以及选题意义,同时详细说明了文章中所涉及到的研究方法以及整体技术路线。 第二章为文献回顾。此部分也是整篇论文的基础部分,通过对国内外已有的研究的回顾和综述,分析了国内外研究目前的空缺和发展趋势。 第三章主要阐述了打造城市RBD对天津市旅游业的影响。主要从对天津市商业经济的影响、对天津市地域空间结构的影响、对天津市旅游产业化发展的影响、对天津市旅游形象的影响四个角度进行了说明。 第四章主要描述了天津市古文化街的经营现状。 第五章主要分析了天津市古文化街打造城市RBD的条件。也是本文的核心部分之一,首先综合国内已有的研究构建了城市RBD的评价体系;对天津市古文化街的游客进行问卷调查的基础上统计出了天津市古文化街区域的旅游者的人口学特征以及对天津市古文化街的形象感知。 第六章是天津市古文化街发展城市RBD的策略。从规划、管理、营销、人才建设等不同方面初步的提出了发展构想。 第七章是文章的结论部分并提出了进一步的研究方向。
[Abstract]:With the development of tourism, urban tourism, which takes "city-science and technology development, local customs, urban architecture" as the core tourism resources, has become the mainstream of tourism. The cultivation of urban tourism competitiveness has become the focus of urban managers' continuous research. As a carrier of urban tourism functions, urban RBD has come into being with such a trend of demand and supply. The concept of urban RBD has only been introduced into China for more than a decade, but the speed of development has shocked everyone. Almost all large and medium-sized cities in China are planning to build a city RBD.. Tianjin, as one of the only four municipalities directly under the Central Government in China, has a very high status in China, both from the historical point of view and from the perspective of modern economic development, which has left many valuable tourist resources for Tianjin. As the outstanding representative of many tourism resources, Tianjin ancient cultural street not only attracts a large number of tourists every year, but also is the main place for citizens to relax, carrying a lot of leisure functions. The ancient cultural street area of Tianjin was appraised as 5A class tourist area in 2007, which further affirmed the important significance of its history and culture. According to the author's function investigation and tourist questionnaire survey on the ancient culture street area, The ancient culture street area of Tianjin has already had the condition of developing city RBD, and the satisfaction degree of tourists is high. Based on the investigation data, this paper analyzes the feasibility of RBD in the development of ancient cultural street in Tianjin, and puts forward the corresponding development strategy. The paper is divided into seven chapters: the first chapter is the introduction. This paper mainly expounds the research background and the significance of the topic, and explains in detail the research methods and the overall technical route involved in the article. The second chapter is literature review. This part is also the basic part of the whole paper, through the review and review of the existing research at home and abroad, the current vacancy and development trend of domestic and foreign research are analyzed. The third chapter mainly expounds the influence of city RBD on Tianjin tourism. This paper mainly explains the impact on the commercial economy of Tianjin, on the regional spatial structure of Tianjin, on the development of tourism industrialization in Tianjin, and on the tourism image of Tianjin. The fourth chapter mainly describes the management status of ancient cultural street in Tianjin. The fifth chapter mainly analyzes the conditions of Tianjin ancient cultural street to make city RBD. It is also one of the core parts of this paper. Firstly, the evaluation system of urban RBD is constructed by synthesizing the existing research in China. Based on the questionnaire survey of the tourists in the ancient cultural street of Tianjin, the demographic characteristics of the tourists and the image perception of the ancient cultural street in Tianjin are analyzed. The sixth chapter is the strategy of Tianjin ancient culture street development city RBD. From the planning, management, marketing, talent construction and other aspects of the preliminary development ideas. The seventh chapter is the conclusion of the article and puts forward the further research direction.
