新疆“金沙滩”体育旅游研究

【摘要】:当今社会,随着经济的日益发展,体育与旅游这两个产业渐渐地融合在了一起,形成了一个新的产业—体育旅游。新疆具有丰富的体育旅游资源,山地、湖泊、草原、戈壁、森林等地貌各具特色然而,新疆体育资源的开发和利用却处在较低水平,具有很大的提升空间。新疆“金沙滩”的体育旅游资源极为丰富,但由于地区偏远,缺少系统的开发利用,对新疆“金沙滩”体育旅游传播工作的欠缺,使得对体育旅游的研究显得更加重要。 新疆“金沙滩”拥有良好的体育旅游资源,包括自然资源、冰雪特色、等,为进一步合理开发提供了条件,但旅游基础设施建设相对滞后、经营管理人才匮乏、市场主体观念不强、丰富的特色体育旅游资源未得到合理的开发、媒体宣传过少等原因,严重制约了新疆“金沙滩”的体育旅游发展。展开对新疆“金沙滩”体育旅游形象的研究,可以提升新疆“金沙滩”体育旅游的品牌意识、突出新疆特色,加深形象,对市场口碑的树立、客源市场的扩大起到至关重要的作用。 本文通过问卷调查的形式,以参与新疆“金沙滩”旅游的旅游者为调查对象,进行分析研究,并得出以下主要结论: 1、体育旅游业开发与管理滞后。新疆“金沙滩”旅游业虽然意识到体育旅游市场潜在商机,但由于缺乏“体育”背景,对体育旅游的开发、管理等方面欠缺经验积累,这在一定程度上影响了体育旅游的进一步发展。 2、体育旅游人才缺乏。目前,体育旅游人才缺口很大,体育旅游人力资源总量和后备力量都明显不足。在现已进行的体育旅游企业的员工队伍中,整体素质不高,体育旅游经验严重不足。存在着经营管理不善,服务质量不到位等问题,从而影响体育旅游市场的发展。 3、自身硬件设施不完善:旅游作为第三产业,它需要一系列的相关产业来支持,如住宿、餐饮、购物、观光等,体育旅游还需要专业的体育场馆设施,如运动场、网球场、冰雪器具、户外用品等等,这就需要加强硬件的建设,,加强体育旅游的管理,提高体育旅游产品的质量,才能树立新疆“金沙滩”体育旅游的形象。 4、游客对新疆“金沙滩”的休闲体育项目认可度和参与度不高。 5、新疆“金沙滩”体育旅游具有开发价值。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the development of economy, sports industry and tourism industry gradually merge together and form a new industry-sports tourism. Xinjiang has rich sports tourism resources, mountains, lakes, grasslands, Gobi, forest and other landforms have their own characteristics. However, the development and utilization of sports resources in Xinjiang is at a lower level, with a great space for improvement. The sports tourism resources of "Golden Beach" in Xinjiang are extremely rich, but because of the remote areas and the lack of systematic development and utilization, the lack of sports tourism communication work in Xinjiang "Golden Beach" makes the study of sports tourism more important. Xinjiang "Golden Beach" has good sports tourism resources, including natural resources, ice and snow characteristics, etc., which provide conditions for further rational development, but tourism infrastructure construction is relatively lagging behind, and management personnel are scarce. The concept of market main body is not strong, the rich characteristic sports tourism resources have not been developed reasonably, and the media propaganda is too few, which seriously restricts the development of sports tourism in Xinjiang "Golden Beach". The research on the sports tourism image of "Golden Beach" in Xinjiang can promote the brand awareness of sports tourism in Xinjiang "Golden Beach", highlight the characteristics of Xinjiang, deepen the image, and set up the market reputation. The expansion of the tourist market plays a vital role. In this paper, through the form of questionnaire, taking the tourists participating in the "Golden Beach" tourism in Xinjiang as the object of investigation, this paper makes an analysis and research, and draws the following main conclusions: 1. The development and management of sports tourism lags behind. Although the "Golden Beach" tourism industry in Xinjiang is aware of the potential business opportunities in the sports tourism market, it lacks experience in the development and management of sports tourism because of the lack of "sports" background. This has affected the further development of sports tourism to a certain extent. 2, lack of sports tourism talents. At present, sports tourism talent gap is very large, sports tourism human resources and reserve forces are obviously insufficient. In the staff of sports tourism enterprises, the overall quality is not high and the experience of sports tourism is seriously inadequate. There are some problems, such as poor management and service quality, which affect the development of sports tourism market. 3. Its own hardware facilities are not perfect: tourism, as a tertiary industry, needs a series of related industries to support it, such as accommodation, catering, shopping, sightseeing, etc. Sports tourism also needs professional sports facilities, such as sports fields, tennis courts, etc. Ice and snow appliances, outdoor supplies and so on, which need to strengthen the construction of hardware, strengthen the management of sports tourism, improve the quality of sports tourism products, in order to establish Xinjiang "Golden Beach" sports tourism image. 4, tourists to Xinjiang "Golden Beach" leisure sports recognition and participation is not high. 5, Xinjiang "Golden Beach" sports tourism has development value.
