区域旅游产业效率影响因素研究

【摘要】：2008年国家旅游工作会议上提出旅游产业由规模扩张型向内涵集约型转变的发展模式,要求加大旅游产业结构升级优化步伐。现阶段中国经济社会的加速发展使国际地位迅速上升以及国内人民生活水平极大提高,由此导致的中国旅游业需求持续上涨必将会促使旅游业以更快的速度发展壮大。目前旅游产业仍然呈现出规模扩张带动产出的趋势,但旅游产业效率总体上保持上升趋势下仍然没有到达对各种投入要素的充分利用,那么在此情形下,效率变动的因素有哪些?如何识别这些影响因素?如何有效提升旅游产业效率,确保旅游产业和谐可持续发展?鉴于以上疑问,本文进行了一系列深入研究。 首先,本文对效率、旅游产业、区域旅游产业效率进行界定。同时在对比国内外关于旅游效率的研究成果时发现,国外的研究要早于国内,国外的研究更侧重于微观层面的,而国内的研究主要是从宏观和中观层面,且涉及的研究领域相对较为狭窄,但国内相关研究正逐步走向细化和功能提高方向。 其次,通过运用多层次灰色评价模型,识别出区域旅游产业效率变动的关键影响因素,运用数据包络法对区域旅游产业效率进行测算并总结出变化规律,运用面板数据模型对识别的影响因素进行验证。研究结果表明地区经济发展水平,固定资产投资,服务业发展水平以及区位条件有利于旅游效率的改进；服务业发展规模是负面影响因素,会导致旅游效率的降低,但是程度不大。 最后,根据多层次灰色评价模型和面板数据模型的分析结果,提出旅游产业融合,采用旅游开发竞合模式,建立旅游产业创新体系3个对策进行效率提升能力建设,达到提高区域旅游产业效率,促进旅游产业可持续发展的目的。
[Abstract]:At the 2008 National Tourism work Conference, the development model of tourism industry was put forward, which changed from scale expansion to intension intensive, which required to step up the upgrading and optimization of tourism industry structure. At present, the rapid development of China's economy and society makes the international status rise rapidly and the living standard of the domestic people improve greatly. The sustained increase in the demand for tourism in China will surely promote the tourism industry to develop and expand at a faster speed. At present, the tourism industry is still showing a trend of scale expansion and output driven, but the overall efficiency of the tourism industry has not reached the full utilization of all kinds of input elements under the overall upward trend, so in this case, What are the factors of efficiency change? How to identify these factors? How to effectively improve the efficiency of tourism industry to ensure the harmonious and sustainable development of tourism industry? In view of the above questions, this paper carries out a series of in-depth studies. First of all, this paper defines efficiency, tourism industry and regional tourism industry efficiency. At the same time, when comparing the domestic and foreign research results on tourism efficiency, we find that the foreign research is earlier than the domestic, the foreign research is more focused on the micro level, and the domestic research is mainly from the macro and the meso level. And the research field is relatively narrow, but the domestic research is gradually moving towards refinement and function improvement. Secondly, through the use of multi-level grey evaluation model, identify the key factors of the regional tourism industry efficiency change, and use the data envelopment method to estimate the regional tourism industry efficiency and summarize the change law. The panel data model is used to verify the influencing factors. The results show that the level of regional economic development, investment in fixed assets, the level of development of the service industry and regional conditions are conducive to the improvement of tourism efficiency; The scale of development of service industry is a negative factor, which will lead to the decrease of tourism efficiency, but to a small extent. Finally, according to the analysis results of multi-level grey evaluation model and panel data model, the paper puts forward the integration of tourism industry, the use of tourism development competition model, the establishment of tourism industry innovation system to improve the efficiency of capacity building. To improve the efficiency of regional tourism industry and promote the sustainable development of tourism industry.
