上杭县休闲农业资源开发策略研究

【摘要】：休闲农业是一种把第一产业与第三产业相结合的新型行业,农业是它的基础,休闲是它的目的,服务于城市游客是它的目标。休闲农业实现了农业和旅游业的结合。城市的居民成日生活在喧嚣的城市里,感受着巨大的生活压力,他们迫切期待能利用有限的时间,回归自然,放松自己。而休闲农业的发展恰好满足了他们的要求,符合时代的潮流,它的重要性越来越突出,并且具有广阔的发展空间。上杭县休闲农业资源非常丰富,为当地休闲农业的发展提供了必要的条件。然而,由于上杭县休闲农业发展的起步较晚,同时也缺乏科学合理的规划,所以发展仍处于起步阶段。当地的一些休闲农业企业,基本上只是提供了传统的休闲观光项目,而涉及参与体验、疗养和健身等内涵要求的休闲农业产品相对较少。因此,研究上杭县休闲农业的发展,合理开发当地休闲农业资源,对于当地经济发展和农业结构调整具有非常重大意义。本研究共分为5个部分,第一部分为研究的绪论,包括研究的背景、研究的意义、基本概念与研究对象范畴界定、国内外研究现状、研究内容以及研究思路跟研究方法。第二部分是对上杭县休闲农业资源状况进行调查分析,包括自然资源、景观资源、产业资源、文化资源。第三部分是对上杭县休闲农业开发进行SWOT的战略分析,包括发展的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战,以及策略研究。第四部分是开发功能定位与区域布局。第五部分是在全文研究的基础上,提出的研究的结论和研究展望。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture is a new type of industry which combines the primary industry with the third industry. Agriculture is its foundation, leisure is its purpose, and serving urban tourists is its goal. Leisure agriculture has realized the combination of agriculture and tourism. The residents of the city live in the noisy city day after day and feel the great pressure of life. They are eager to make use of the limited time to return to nature and relax themselves. The development of leisure agriculture meets their requirements and meets the trend of the times, and its importance is more and more prominent, and it has broad development space. Shanghang County is rich in leisure agriculture resources, which provides necessary conditions for the development of local leisure agriculture. However, the development of leisure agriculture in Shanghang County is still in its infancy because of its late start and lack of scientific and reasonable planning. Some local leisure agricultural enterprises basically only provide the traditional leisure and sightseeing projects, but the leisure agricultural products which involve the connotation of participation experience, recuperation and fitness are relatively few. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the development of leisure agriculture in Shanghang County and to develop the local leisure agricultural resources reasonably. This research is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction of the research, including the research background, the significance of the research, the definition of the basic concepts and object categories, the current research situation at home and abroad, the research content, the research ideas and the research methods. The second part is the investigation and analysis of leisure agriculture resources in Shanghang County, including natural resources, landscape resources, industrial resources and cultural resources. The third part is a strategic analysis of the development of leisure agriculture in Shanghang County, including the development of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, as well as strategic research. The fourth part is the development function localization and the regional layout. The fifth part is based on the full-text research, put forward the conclusions and research prospects.
