重庆温泉旅游体验实证研究

【摘要】:随着休闲时代的到来,现代社会的旅游需求逐渐演变为不断追求异于日常生活的一种体验活动,体验成为了旅游者的核心需求。我国温泉资源丰富,温泉旅游历史文化悠久,以体验温泉水、感悟温泉情为主题,以温泉养生、休闲度假为目的的温泉旅游,更是迅速成为一种旅游休闲新时尚。重庆市近两年来相继申报成为“中国温泉之都”和“世界温泉之都”一方面使重庆旅游又多了一张新的名片,另一方面温泉旅游开发和温泉旅游活动也进入了快速上升期。然而,我市的温泉旅游开发在快速发展的背景下却有着诸多问题,比如模式单一,照抄照搬现象严重甚至有的与自然不相和谐。这与体验时代旅游者多样化、个性化的需求极不相称。同时,学者对于温泉旅游体验的研究略显滞后。基于此,笔者在通过实证调查和访谈分析出影响温泉旅游体验的因素,再结合数据分析其重要性,以期更好的指导重庆市温泉旅游开发经营实践,,提高温泉旅游者的体验质量。 本研究首先综述了国内外关于温泉旅游、旅游体验及温泉旅游体验的研究文献,在阐述了旅游体验影响因素和旅游满意度影响因素的基础上,通过专家意见咨询、网上调查和实地调研提出了影响重庆温泉旅游体验的五大因素,并由此扩展为21个次级因子,最后根据初步提出的影响因素设计调查问卷。 在数据分析与处理时,采用SPSS16.0统计工具,运用因子分析、方差分析、描述性统计和主成分分析对初步提出的影响因素进行验证和排序,得出了最终的重庆温泉旅游体验主要影响因素,即服务质量和配套、温泉地文化环境和温泉旅游产品。最后根据结论对重庆温泉旅游发展提出建议和对策。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of leisure times, the tourism demand of modern society has gradually evolved into a kind of experience activity which is different from daily life, and experience has become the core demand of tourists. Our country is rich in hot spring resources and has a long history and culture of hot spring tourism. The hot spring tourism, which takes the experience of hot spring water and the feeling of hot spring as the theme, and the purpose of hot spring health preservation and leisure vacation, is becoming a new style of tourism and leisure. In the past two years, Chongqing has been declared as "the hot spring capital of China" and "the world hot spring capital". On the one hand, Chongqing tourism has added a new business card, on the other hand, the hot spring tourism development and hot spring tourism activities have also entered a period of rapid increase. However, under the background of rapid development of hot spring tourism in our city, there are many problems, such as single mode, copy and copy phenomenon, even some are not in harmony with nature. This is different from the diversified and individualized needs of tourists in the experience era. At the same time, scholars on the hot spring tourism experience slightly lag behind. Based on this, the author through empirical investigation and interviews to analyze the impact of hot spring tourism experience factors, and then combined with data analysis of its importance, in order to better guide Chongqing hot spring tourism development practice, improve the experience quality of hot spring tourists. This study first summarizes the domestic and foreign research literature on hot spring tourism, tourism experience and hot spring tourism experience. On the basis of expounding the influencing factors of tourism experience and tourism satisfaction, the author consults with experts. Five factors influencing Chongqing's hot spring tourism experience are put forward in the online survey and field investigation, which are expanded to 21 secondary factors. Finally, the questionnaire is designed according to the preliminary factors. In data analysis and processing, SPSS16.0 statistical tools, factor analysis, variance analysis, descriptive statistics and principal component analysis are used to verify and rank the primary factors. Finally, the main influencing factors of Chongqing hot spring tourism experience are obtained, that is, service quality and matching, hot spring cultural environment and hot spring tourism products. Finally, according to the conclusion of Chongqing hot spring tourism development suggestions and countermeasures.
