【摘要】：农民收入问题,是农村的经济发展和社会稳定的战略性问题。农民收入增长缓慢已成为影响农村经济社会发展的突出问题,也是“三农”问题的集中反映。增加农民收入,保持经济平稳较快发展,促进和谐社会的建设,对于建设社会主义新农村是非常重要的。影响农民收入的因素是多方面的,本文通过研究分析,影响大同市南郊区农民收入存在的问题有以下几方面：1、农业的自然风险和市场风险是造成农业生产能力薄弱的客观原因。2、农村基础设施薄弱是造成本区农业综合生产能力薄弱的现实原因.3、农民科技文化素质低是农民增收难的主观原因.4、农业和农村经济结构的不合理是结构性原因。通过研究和分析,提出了四点建议来促进农民增收：1、加快农业和农村经济结构战略性调整2、改善农村基础设施3、提升农民科学素质与人文素养4、促进农业保险发展,提高农民抗风险能力
[Abstract]:The problem of farmers' income is a strategic problem of rural economic development and social stability. The slow growth of farmers' income has become a prominent problem affecting rural economic and social development. It is also a concentrated reflection of the "three rural issues". Increasing farmers' income, maintaining stable and rapid economic development, and promoting the construction of a harmonious society. For the construction of a new socialist countryside is very important. The factors that affect farmers' income are various. Through research and analysis, the problems affecting farmers' income in the south suburb of Datong city are as follows: 1. The natural risk and market risk of agriculture are the objective reasons for the weakness of agricultural production capacity, and the weakness of rural infrastructure is the realistic cause of the weakness of agricultural comprehensive production capacity in this region. The low quality of farmers' science and technology culture is the subjective cause of farmers' income increase. 4. The unreasonable structure of agriculture and rural economy is the structural reason. Through the research and analysis, the paper puts forward four suggestions to promote farmers' income increase: 1. Accelerate the strategic adjustment of agricultural and rural economic structure 2, improve rural infrastructure 3, enhance farmers' scientific quality and humanistic literacy 4, promote the development of agricultural insurance and improve the ability of farmers to resist risks
