【摘要】：当前,我国正处于传统农业向现代农业转变的关键时期,为抓住新时期发展机遇,2004年以来,中央接连以每年第1号文件的形式,对积极推进我国的农业信息化制定出相关的要求。加快农业信息化建设重点在于改造传统、装备式的农业,信息化农业的建设有助于提高我国农业水平,提高农民利益以及服务水平,推动我国整体经济建设的进程。从我国目前的经济、社会形势来看,想要进一步提高我国的农业水平,缩小与发达国家之间的差距,最终达到更快实现我国农业发展以及赶超其他国家农业水平的目的,就应更加注重农业信息化建设,以此为基础大力发展信息化农业。加快实现我国农业信息化对于农业的产业化、市场化等进程有推动性作用,有利于我国城市化建设的发展,对于缩小农民与城镇居民之间的差距具有一定作用,展现出我国农业的长处,取胜于国际农业贸易市场等都具有极其重大的战略意义和现实意义。本文运用系统分析、调查法以及文献分析等方法就龙岩市农业信息化当前发展的情况进行了深入的研究,其中包括对当地农业基础设备情况、服务机构与平台等的研究,同时对当地农民所关注的一些农业信息化问题等也进行了剖析,针对当地情况选择运用层次分析法对其创建相关的评价体系,同时选取模糊评价这一方法对当地农业整体的信息化水准做进一步的剖析,并对其当前存在的问题做更加深入的探究。最后,为促进龙岩市农业信息化提出发展对策建议:1.深化主导意识,充分发挥政府的主观能动性;2.找准薄弱区域,加大当地农业设备支出;3.加大农业服务系统建设力度,使农业信息"碎片化"的问题得到解决;4.加强农业信息化人力保障,提升人力资源指数;5.推动信息技术在精准以及智慧农业当中的利用。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the key period of transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. In order to seize the opportunity of development in the new period, since 2004, the Central Committee has successively taken the form of document No. 1 of each year. To actively promote the agricultural informatization in China to formulate relevant requirements. Accelerate the construction of agricultural informatization focus on the transformation of traditional, equipment type of agriculture, the construction of information agriculture will help to improve the level of agriculture in China. From the current economic and social situation of our country, we want to further improve the agricultural level of our country. To narrow the gap between the developed countries and achieve the goal of faster agricultural development and catch up with the agricultural level of other countries, we should pay more attention to the construction of agricultural information. On this basis, we should vigorously develop information agriculture, accelerate the realization of agricultural informatization for the industrialization of agriculture, marketization and other processes, which is conducive to the development of China's urbanization. To narrow the gap between farmers and urban residents has a certain role, showing the advantages of our agriculture. It is of great strategic and practical significance to win the international agricultural trade market. The methods of investigation and literature analysis have carried on the in-depth research on the current development of agricultural informatization in Longyan city, including the situation of local agricultural infrastructure, service institutions and platforms, and so on. At the same time, some agricultural informatization problems concerned by local farmers are also analyzed, and the AHP is used to establish the relevant evaluation system for the local situation. At the same time select the fuzzy evaluation of the overall level of local agriculture information to do a further analysis, and its current problems to do a more in-depth exploration. Finally. In order to promote the development of agricultural informatization in Longyan City, the author puts forward some suggestions: 1. Deepen the leading consciousness and give full play to the subjective initiative of the government; 2. Identifying weak areas and increasing expenditure on local agricultural equipment; 3. Strengthen the construction of agricultural service system, so as to solve the problem of "fragmentation" of agricultural information; 4.Strengthening the human security of agricultural informatization and improving the index of human resources; 5. Promote the use of information technology in precision and intelligent agriculture.
