【摘要】：在全球经济一体化程度日渐加深的今天,产业安全问题越来越受到重视,尤其是粮食产业安全。当今世界的三大经济安全问题分别为粮食安全、能源安全以及金融安全,其中,粮食安全又被看作是一国经济发展的基础。在我国,粮食产业安全问题一直以来都被政府和学术界作为战略性问题而予以了高度重视。我国是一个产粮大国,我国的粮食产业安全问题也是全世界关注的焦点。作为粮食产业中的重要部分,大豆产业在我国经济发展中以及人们的日常生活中都占据着十分重要的地位,大豆产业的安全与否将直接对我国的粮食安全产生重要的影响。保障大豆产业的安全健康发展,对于保障我国的粮食安全具有重要的意义,本文的研究正是以此为基本出发点而进行的。我国是大豆的原产国,在大豆种植方面具有十分悠久的历史。几千年来,大豆一直都是中国人的膳食结构中重要部分,在中华民族的延续与发展中起到了重要的作用。此外,大豆还是重要的油料作物,人们日常食用的植物油中有很大一部分是通过大豆榨取所得。因此,大豆产业在我国国民经济发展中所起的作用不容低估。由于是大豆原产国,我国也曾是世界上最大的大豆主产国和出口国,然而这种我国的这种生产与贸易地位从上世纪90年代开始逐渐产生了变化,并于1996年起彻底结束了大豆净出口国的历史。时至今日,我国以成为世界上最大的大豆进口国。截止到2013年,我国大豆的对外依存度已经达到了83.8%的高危水平,我国不得不依靠从国外进口来满足国内的大豆需求。而在大豆加工业中,外资豆油加工企业利用自身在原料、成本以及价格等方面的优势,已基本垄断了我国大豆的出油量。这些问题的存在不仅危害了我国豆农的根本利益,还暴露出了我国大豆产业链所存在的安全隐患。基于以上问题的存在,本文利用因子分析法从大豆产业链的角度对我国大豆产业安全进行了综合评价。具体来说,笔者首先对我国大豆产业链的种植——贸易——加工——消费四个环节的发展现状进行了分析,进而依据指标选取的四项原则,在现状分析的基础上选取了进行大豆产业安全综合评价的评价指标,并进行了数据的收集。在一切准备工作就绪之后,笔者利用SPSS 19.0软件,采用因子分析法对大豆产业安全进行了综合评价,评价的结果显示我国大豆的产业安全水平在加入WTO之后的近十几年中整体处于恶化的趋势中,并且安全得分的下降幅度较大,应该引起充分的重视。最后,笔者在研究的基础上提出了促进我国大豆产业安全健康发展的对策建议。本文的研究意义体现在丰富了国内对于大豆产业安全理论的研究,并且促进了我国大豆乃至粮食产业的健康、安全发展,具有重要的现实意义。本文的创新点体现在从理论和实践双重角度出发,通过对我国大豆产业链各环节的发展现状以及最新的数据进行整理分析,得出影响我国大豆产业安全的因素,并以此为依据构建产业安全综合评价的指标体系,同时因子分析的利用有效地避免了人为设定权重系数的主观性,具有很强的科学性。本文的不足之处体现在由于数据获取难度较大而产生的评价指标不够全面。

The three economic security problem in the world today are food security, energy security and financial security, the food security is also seen as the foundation of a national economy. In our country, the food industry the security problem has always been the government and academic circles as a strategic problem and attach great importance to. China is a major grain producing country, the focus of food industry safety in China is also the world's attention. As an important part of food industry, soybean industry occupies a very important position in China's economic development and people's daily life, the soybean industry safety will directly on the food safety of our country has important influence. To ensure the safety of the healthy development of the soybean industry, for Is of great significance to ensure food security in China, the research in this paper is used as the basic starting point of our country is the country of origin of soybean in the soybean planting has a very long history. For thousands of years, soybean has been an important part of the diet Chinese, in continuation and development the Chinese nation has played an important role. In addition, soybean is an important oil crop, the people's daily edible vegetable oil is a large portion of the soybean extract obtained. Therefore, the soybean industry in China's national economic development role should not be underestimated. Because soybean is the country of origin, China once the world's largest soybean production and export country, but the status of the production and trade of our country from the last century began in 90s have changed gradually, and in 1996 ended soybean net exporter History. The above problems are based on, we conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the China's soybean industry security from the perspective of industry chain of soybean by using factor analysis method. Specifically, the author of the soybean industry chain in China - planting - processing trade consumption four aspects of the current situation of the development of Are analyzed, and then on the basis of the four principles of index selection, evaluation indexes are selected to evaluate the safety of soybean industry based on the analysis of current situation, and the data collection.
