北京郊区新生代农民工身份认同问题研究

【摘要】：新生代农民工作为进城务工的重要群体,对目前我国社会转型和城市化发展起着不可忽视的作用,然而,新生代农民工却面临着“融不进城市,回不到农村”的身份认同的困境。因此,要使我国社会转型和城市化建设得以顺利发展,就必须妥善解决新生代农民工身份认同问题。本论文以北京市大兴区近郊新生代农民工为例,在社会建构视角下,从新生代农民工的主体身份认同、进城务工动机、日常消费与业余活动、人际交往、社区参与、和未来归属等七个维度,深入剖析了新生代农民工的身份认同的现状,并将农民工身份层面分为“我是农村人”、“我是城市人”、“说不清楚”三个变量,将三个变量设为自变量,与新生代农民工身份认同的其他六个维度进行交叉分析,来研究这三种不同的身份归属的新生代农民工有无差异。经过调查研究分析发现,新生代农民工身份认同问题产生的直接原因是城市生活适应状况的差异;城市工作生活经历过程的相对剥夺感;而导致新生代农民工身份认同困境的根本原因是所追求的文化目标与现有文化、制度手段之间的矛盾。因此,要破解新生代农民工身份认同问题,既需要社会政策的支持,也需要改变自身。需从内外两个方面破解新生代农民工身份认同问题,既有社会层面,包括城市和农村的制度改革创新,同时又要从新生代农民工自身层面,包括努力提升自身素质,树立现代意识等潜在方面,重点解决新生代农民工身份认同的困境。最终,使新生代农民工更好的融入到城市中,是我国社会转型和城市化发展得以顺利发展。
[Abstract]:As an important group of migrant workers in cities, the new generation of migrant workers plays an important role in the social transformation and urbanization development of our country. However, the new generation of migrant workers are facing the problem of "not getting into the city." The dilemma of identity cannot be returned to the countryside. Therefore, in order to make the social transformation and urbanization develop smoothly, we must properly solve the problem of the identity of the new generation of migrant workers. This paper takes the new generation of migrant workers in the suburbs of Daxing District of Beijing as an example, from the perspective of social construction, from the perspective of the main identity of the new generation of migrant workers, migrant workers' motivation, daily consumption and amateur activities, interpersonal interaction, community participation. This paper analyzes the status quo of the identity of the new generation of migrant workers, and divides the status of migrant workers into three variables: "I am a rural person", "I am a city person", "I am not clear". Set the three variables as independent variables and cross-analysis with the other six dimensions of the identity of the new generation migrant workers to study whether the three different identity of the new generation of migrant workers have differences. Through investigation and analysis, it is found that the direct cause of the identity problem of the new generation of migrant workers is the difference in the adaptation of urban life, the sense of relative deprivation in the process of working and living in the city; The root cause of the identity dilemma of the new generation of migrant workers is the contradiction between the cultural objectives pursued and the existing culture and institutional means. Therefore, to solve the identity problem of the new generation of migrant workers, we need not only the support of social policies, but also the need to change themselves. It is necessary to solve the identity problem of the new generation of migrant workers from both internal and external aspects, including social aspects, including urban and rural institutional reform and innovation, and at the same time, from the new generation of migrant workers themselves, including efforts to improve their own quality, Establish modern consciousness and other potential aspects, focus on solving the new generation of migrant workers identity dilemma. Finally, the new generation of migrant workers to better integrate into the city, China's social transformation and the development of urbanization can develop smoothly.
