孔元村创意农业合作组织建设研究

【摘要】：创意农业是融合了各种学科领域、高科技和文化的新兴产业。创意农业的产成品表现出定制化、特色化、多样化的特点,是农业集合了创意理念的物质产物。孔元村通过本村特色发展创意农业,突出打造创意田园景观,被游客喻为“来自星星的故乡”。随着我国《农民专业合作社法》的颁布,农业专业组织相对规范化。农业合作组织有别于农民个体经济主体,作为保护农民利益的的一种新集体,也是当代中国农村发展的新动力。孔元村创意农业的成功发展离不开现有村内三个专业合作社的鼎力驱动支持,具有一定代表性。本文主要包括7大部分内容。一是引言,主要阐述研究目的和意义、国内外研究现状。二是农业合作组织发展的理论基础。三是创意农业和农业合作组织及其特点分析。四是农业合作组织在创意农业发展中的作用及组织模式。五是孔元村创意农业建设与农业合作组织的发展现状。六是孔元村创意农业发展中农业合作组织建设。七是研究结论和对策,包括可能创新和不足。本文依据农业合作社理论、农业产业组织理论、规模经济理论、分工协作理论,以闽侯县白沙镇孔元村为例,通过对孔元村创意农业和农业合作组织发展的现状分析,总结出在创意农业发展中,农业合作组织起到了推动创意农业产业链和文化氛围的形成。其组织模式必须要以公司和村两委牵头为主,不能仅由农户自行建立。利益联结机制也必须以技术和股份的方式将农户紧密的联合起来为发展创意农业发挥作用。农民合作合作组织在创意农业发展所表现出的文化氛围不够深厚、产业标准不对等、合作组织生产水平低、农民合作观念不强等问题。最后通过相关先进经验结合孔元村实际提供农业合作组织建设意见,为孔元村发展创意农业提供一定的参考和借鉴。本文力求以孔元村为例构建一个具有标准性的农业合作组织的体系,对今后其它地区在生态文明建设视角下发展创意农业,由政府主导型向市场主导型转变转变、投资主体由单一向多元发展、实现全面协调可持续发展,有一定的指导和参考价值。但是,对于如何详细构建孔元村乡土文化专业合作组织、电子商务合作组织等具体措施未作深入研究。
[Abstract]:Creative agriculture is a new industry that combines all kinds of disciplines, high-tech and culture. The finished product of creative agriculture shows the characteristics of customization, characteristic and diversification, which is the material product of agricultural collection of creative idea. Kong Yuan Village through the village characteristics to develop creative agriculture, highlight the creation of creative pastoral landscape, was described by tourists as "from the hometown of the stars." With the promulgation of the Farmers' specialized Cooperative Law, agricultural professional organizations are relatively standardized. The agricultural cooperative organization is different from the farmer individual economy main body, as one kind of new collective which protects the farmer benefit, also is the contemporary Chinese countryside development new motive force. The successful development of the creative agriculture in Kongyuan Village can not be separated from the strong driving support of the three professional cooperatives in the existing village, and it has certain representativeness. This paper mainly includes 7 parts. First is the introduction, mainly elaborated the research goal and the significance, domestic and foreign research present situation. Second, the theoretical basis for the development of agricultural cooperation organizations. Three is creative agriculture and agricultural cooperative organization and its characteristic analysis. Fourth, the role of agricultural cooperative organizations in the development of creative agriculture and organizational model. Fifth, the development status of creative agriculture construction and agricultural cooperation organization in Kongyuan Village. Sixth, the construction of agricultural cooperative organizations in the development of creative agriculture in Kongyuan Village. Seventh is the research conclusion and the countermeasure, including possible innovation and insufficiency. Based on the theory of agricultural co-operatives, the theory of agricultural industrial organization, the theory of scale economy and the theory of division of labor and cooperation, taking Kongyuan Village in Baisha Town, Minhou County, as an example, this paper analyzes the present situation of the development of creative agriculture and agricultural cooperative organization in Kongyuan Village. It is concluded that in the development of creative agriculture, agricultural cooperative organizations have promoted the formation of creative agriculture industry chain and cultural atmosphere. The organizational model must be led by the company and the village committee, and not only by the farmers themselves. The mechanism of interest association must also play a role in the development of creative agriculture by means of technology and shares. The cultural atmosphere in the development of creative agriculture is not deep enough, the standard of industry is not equal, the production level of cooperative organization is low, and the concept of farmers' cooperation is not strong. Finally, through the combination of relevant advanced experience and the actual offering of the construction of agricultural cooperation organization, it provides a certain reference and reference for the development of creative agriculture in Kongyuan village. This article takes Kong Yuan Village as an example to construct a standard agricultural cooperative organization system, and to develop creative agriculture in other areas in the view of ecological civilization construction in the future, from government leading to market leading transformation. The investment main body develops from single to pluralistic, realizes the overall coordinated sustainable development, has the certain guidance and the reference value. However, the detailed construction of Kongyuan Village local culture professional cooperation organization, electronic commerce cooperation organization and other specific measures have not been further studied.
