【摘要】：河北省承德市素有“中国山楂之乡”的美誉,山楂树品质优良,覆盖面积广,产量高。承德市果品加工厂相对较多,山楂产品畅销海内外,山楂产业已成为承德市支柱产业之一。山楂的营养价值、保健功能、药用价值以及其绿色、无污染的特点,使得山楂产业商业前景开发潜力巨大。但是,承德市山楂产业的发展,目前仍存在着很多问题。随着科技的快速进步与市场全球化的发展,山楂本身及副产物所拥有的价值被人们所认识,山楂产业迅速崛起。山楂产业的发展需要政策支持,借鉴先进的科学管理理念调整农业结构。山楂产业的发展将会推动经济增长,带动相关产业发展,同时改善生态环境。本文通过对国内外山楂产业特点和先进技术及经验的了解,运用所学农业学、经济学、食品学、药学等理论客观地分析承德市山楂产业发展的现状,并正确认识承德市当前发展山楂产业的市场前景,用特色农业和农业产业化的新思维及经济学理论来探讨其发展方向和发展对策。制定一份政策建议书,包括目前山楂产业国内外现状,相关前沿技术,经济管理新理念,针对目前承德市山楂产业的发展做规划,打造出一支具有现代管理理念,高科技作为技术支撑,和相关产业密切相通的新型承德市山楂产业链。
[Abstract]:Chengde City, Hebei Province, is known as "the hometown of Chinese Hawthorn". The Hawthorn tree has good quality, wide coverage and high yield. There are many fruit processing factories in Chengde City, Hawthorn products sell well at home and abroad, Hawthorn industry has become one of the pillar industries in Chengde City. Hawthorn's nutritional value, health care function, medicinal value and its green and pollution-free characteristics make the commercial prospect of Hawthorn industry have great development potential. However, there are still many problems in the development of Hawthorn industry in Chengde City. With the rapid progress of science and technology and the development of market globalization, the value of Hawthorn itself and its by-products has been recognized, and Hawthorn industry has risen rapidly. The development of Hawthorn industry needs policy support. The development of Hawthorn industry will promote economic growth, promote the development of related industries and improve the ecological environment. Based on the understanding of the characteristics, advanced technology and experience of Hawthorn industry at home and abroad, this paper objectively analyzes the present situation of Hawthorn industry development in Chengde City by using the theories of agriculture, economics, food science, pharmacy and so on. The market prospect of developing Hawthorn industry in Chengde City is correctly understood, and the development direction and countermeasures are discussed with the new thinking and economic theory of characteristic agriculture and agricultural industrialization. To formulate a policy proposal, including the current domestic and international situation of Hawthorn industry, relevant cutting-edge technologies, new economic management concepts, and make a plan for the development of Hawthorn industry in Chengde City at present to create a modern management concept. High-tech as technical support, and related industries closely linked to the new Chengde Hawthorn industry chain.
