【摘要】：长期以来的城乡二元结构体制造成城市与农村的发展极度不平衡，，农村的发展相对来说比较落后，城乡居民收入差距明显而且还有进一步拉大的趋势。从2004年到2013年，中央一号文件连续十年聚焦“三农”问题，鼓励发展现代农业，建设社会主义新农村。十八大报告强调解决好“三农”问题是全党工作重中之重，城乡一体化发展是解决“三农”问题的根本途径。农业产业化是继家庭联产承包责任制之后又一伟大的创举，是增加农民收入、发展现代农业和解决“三农”问题的必由之路。本文立足于浙江省农业产业化发展研究，是因为随着浙江省城镇化进程的不断加快，浙江省农业产业化发展不断融合，浙江省农业产业发展面临着新的机遇和挑战，如何确定浙江省农业产业化下一步的发展战略，采取切实有效的措施促进浙江省农业产业化的发展，是当前面临的比较现实的问题。目前，浙江省处于调整经济结构和转变经济发展方式的关键时期，“三农”问题是全面建设小康社会的关键所在。在这个背景之下，立足浙江省实际，从理论上研究浙江省农业产业化的发展情况，为优化农业产业结构、转变农业发展方式寻找新的突破口，是本文研究最重要的意义所在。第一章为绪论。阐述了论文的研究背景和意义，介绍了当前国内外关于农业产业化的理论与实践的一些前沿研究，提出文章的研究内容、研究方法。第二章为理论基础部分。界定了重要的相关概念，阐述了农业产业化的定义、基本特征以及组织模式，还将产业化下的农业与传统农业进行了比较，比较得出了两者之间的异同点。介绍了农业产业化的支撑理论和核心理论，为实证研究提供理论基础。第三章为理论模型部分。静态模型采用的是波特五力模型，对农产品加工业的五种力量进行了分析。动态模型是农业产业链成长模型，对农业产业化进行的动态分析。第四章为浙江省农业产业化现状部分。先是对浙江省农业及农业现代化进行了简单的介绍，然后对浙江省农业产业化的现状进行了分析，与农业产业化先进的省份对比梳理出目前浙江农业产业化发展的问题。第五章为实证部分。通过对有关统计数据的整理和分析，指标的精确选取，利用因子分析模型，构建了浙江省农业产业化评价体系，计算得出相应的结果并对实证结果进行分析。第六章为政策建议。通过前文理论分析和实证检验的结果，并借鉴国外的先进经验，给出了进一步完善浙江省农业产业化的政策建议。我们通过对农业产业化涵义、特征以及理论基础的分析，在波特五力模型和农业产业链成长模型的基础上，确定了浙江省农业产业化综合评价的4个一级指标和12个二级指标，构建了浙江省农业产业化评价指标体系，取得统计数据，利用多元统计分析中的因子分析法，对浙江省1990-2013年的农业产业化水平进行了系统评价。并且我们提取了一体化因子和农业生产条件因子，最终得出浙江省1990-2013年的农业产业化经营水平是逐年上升的。一体化因子和农业生产条件因子的影响力大小分阶段不同，这是与中国和浙江省的经济发展方式有很大关系，我们在实证结果的基础上得出了改进浙江省农业产业化经营的政策建议，为其他省份提高经验借鉴。本文的创新点在于对浙江省农业产业化的现状进行了梳理，理论与实际相结合，并构建了浙江省的农业产业化评价体系，指标的选取具有原创性，运用大量统计数据进行了定量分析，丰富了我国农业产业化评价体系的理论。
[Abstract]:Urban and rural development is extremely uneven , rural development is relatively backward , the income gap of urban and rural residents is relatively backward , the income gap of urban and rural residents is obvious , and there is a further widening trend . In 2004 to 2013 , the Central One document focused on the problem of " three peasants " , and the development of urban and rural integration is the fundamental way to solve the problem of " three peasants " . The industrialization of agriculture is the only way to increase farmers ' income , develop modern agriculture and solve the problem of " three rural " .

This paper is based on the development of agricultural industrialization in Zhejiang Province , because the development of agricultural industrialization in Zhejiang Province is becoming more and more integrated with the accelerating urbanization process in Zhejiang Province , and how to determine the development strategy of agricultural industrialization in Zhejiang Province is the key to the overall construction of a well - off society .

The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of the thesis , and introduces some leading research on the theory and practice of agricultural industrialization at home and abroad , and puts forward the research contents and research methods of the paper .

The second chapter is the basic part of theory . It defines the definition , basic characteristics and organization pattern of agricultural industrialization , and compares the agriculture with traditional agriculture under the industrialization , and compares it with traditional agriculture . The theory of support and core theory of agricultural industrialization are introduced , which provides theoretical basis for empirical research .

The third chapter is the theoretical model part . The static model uses Porter ' s five - force model to analyze the five forces of the agricultural product processing industry . The dynamic model is the growth model of the agricultural industry chain , and the dynamic analysis of the agricultural industrialization is carried out .

The fourth chapter introduces the present situation of agricultural industrialization in Zhejiang Province . First , it introduces the agriculture and agricultural modernization in Zhejiang province , then analyzes the present situation of agricultural industrialization in Zhejiang Province , and compares with the advanced provinces in agriculture industrialization , and puts out the problems of agricultural industrialization in Zhejiang province .

The fifth chapter is the empirical part . Through the collation and analysis of the relevant statistical data and the accurate selection of the indexes , the paper constructs the evaluation system of agricultural industrialization in Zhejiang Province by using the factor analysis model , and calculates the corresponding results and analyzes the empirical results .

The sixth chapter is the policy suggestion . Through the analysis of the former theory and the results of the empirical test , and using the advanced experience abroad , the policy suggestion for further improving the agricultural industrialization in Zhejiang Province is given .

On the basis of Porter ' s five - force model and the growth model of agricultural industry chain , we have determined the four primary indexes and 12 secondary indexes of the comprehensive evaluation of agricultural industrialization in Zhejiang Province by analyzing the meaning , characteristics and theoretical basis of agricultural industrialization .

The innovation point of this paper is to sort out the present situation of agricultural industrialization in Zhejiang Province , combine theory with practice , and build the agricultural industrialization evaluation system in Zhejiang Province . The selection of index has originality , and the quantitative analysis is carried out by using large amount of statistics , which enriches the theory of agricultural industrialization evaluation system in China .
