【摘要】：吐鲁番地区葡萄种植历史悠久、源远流长,是中国著名的葡萄之乡。经过多年发展,吐鲁番地区的葡萄产业已经是吐鲁番地区农村经济发展和农民持续增收的重要的支柱产业之一。目前吐鲁番地区的葡萄产业发展与发达及地区葡萄产业相比,还存在着诸多问题,制约着吐鲁番地区葡萄产业的体质增效,作为葡萄老产区的吐鲁番要想进一步发展壮大葡萄产业,突破现有发展瓶颈,只有在打造现代农业精品版葡萄产业上做文章,依靠精品,提高葡萄产品品质、附加值、市场竞争力、价格、收益,发展壮大吐鲁番葡萄产业,辐射带动农民持续增收,对吐鲁番地区打造现代农业精品版葡萄产业发展对策进行研究有着重要现实意义。本论文采用文献研究法结合归纳总结法,通过阅读相关书刊杂志、电子文献,对国内葡萄产业发展的比较研究,再结合吐鲁番地区葡萄产业发展现状,从产业发展方向、结构调整、标准化生产、产后加工、市场建设等方面对吐鲁番地区葡萄产业进行深入研究。本论文通过对吐鲁番地区葡萄产业发展现状进行分析,结合国内现有的先进的发展模式及本地的经济发展状况,对吐鲁番地区打造现代农业精品版葡萄产业发展对策进行研究,希望能进一步拓宽吐鲁番葡萄产业发展模式。
[Abstract]:Turpan has a long history of grape planting and is a famous grape town in China. After years of development, the grape industry in Turpan area has been one of the important pillar industries for the development of rural economy and the continuous increase of farmers' income in Turpan area. At present, compared with the developed and regional grape industry, there are still many problems in the development of the grape industry in Turpan, which restricts the physique and efficiency of the grape industry in Turpan. As an old grape producing area, Turpan wants to further develop and expand the grape industry and break through the existing development bottlenecks. Only by making an article on creating a modern agricultural fine version of the grape industry, can it rely on the fine products to improve the quality and added value of the grape products. Market competitiveness, price, income, development and expansion of Turpan grape industry, radiation led farmers to continue to increase income, Turpan region to create modern agricultural fine version of grape industry development strategy has important practical significance. This paper adopts literature research method combined with induction and summary method, through reading related books, magazines, electronic literature, comparative study on the development of domestic grape industry, and then combines the present situation of grape industry development in Turpan region, from the direction of industry development. Structural adjustment, standardized production, postpartum processing, market construction and other aspects of the Turpan region grape industry in-depth study. Based on the analysis of the present situation of grape industry in Turpan region and the current domestic advanced development mode and local economic development situation, this paper studies the countermeasures of developing grape industry in Turpan region. Hope to further expand the Turpan grape industry development model.
