民族地区精准扶贫与社会文化基础

【摘要】：精准扶贫的要义是因人因地施策,因贫困原因施策,因贫困类型施策,做到对症下药,靶向治疗。由于贫困是一个包含社会和文化因素在内的多维现象,并且扶贫开发嵌入在特定的社会和文化背景之中,民族地区的精准扶贫应把国家扶贫政策与"在地"的社会和文化特殊性紧密结合起来,发掘和夯实民族地区扶贫开发的社会和文化基础。
[Abstract]:The essence of accurate poverty alleviation is to give policy because of human reason, because of poverty, because of type of poverty, so as to get the right remedy and target treatment. Because poverty is a multidimensional phenomenon that includes social and cultural factors, and poverty alleviation development is embedded in specific social and cultural contexts, The precision poverty alleviation in minority areas should closely combine the national poverty alleviation policy with the social and cultural particularity of "local", and explore and consolidate the social and cultural foundation of poverty alleviation and development in ethnic minority areas.
