【摘要】：农业内部结构调整,使之更加合理、更加协调,是促进农村经济全面健康发展的内在要求;也是实现生产资源优化配置、激发市场活力、促进农业和农村经济健康运行的主要途径。乌昌石城市群是国家重点扶持的区域性城市群,是“丝绸之路经济带”上的节点城市群,也是国家优化区域发展布局、优化社会生产力空间结构、培育天山北坡经济带新经济增长极、形成新的经济发展方式的重大举措。本选题基于乌昌石城市群农业资源禀赋和发展现状,选择适合的数学模型对城市群农业内部结构进行剖析,分析其存在问题并提出相关调整优化思路,其对于正在经历或将要经历这个过程的中国许多城市群农业如何发展,具有重要的借鉴意义。首先,本选题研究在系统梳理农业内部结构的相关概念和理论研究的基础上,介绍了乌昌石城市群农业内部各部门的发展现状。其次,运用所选择的数学模型对城市群农业内部结构进行测度,探讨其存在的突出问题。研究结果表明:城市群存在农业内部各部门发展不均衡、生产专业化程度较低、、核心城市辐射力差、“诸侯经济”格局,影响城市群整体经济优化等突出问题。最后,根据该城市群农业内部结构调整应遵循的原则,有针对性的从农业生产空间布局、城市群内部体制融合构建、农业科技成果推广体系建设等方面对该城市群农业内部结构调整提出了相关思路。本文的研究结论是:乌昌石城市群在农业内部结构调整过程中,应立足于水资源生态承载力,把产业关联性强,适合集群发展、资源支撑能力强,对环境污染小以及对农业总产值关联较大的生产部门和农产品作为本城市群农业发展的焦点,发展特色农业;同时通过破除行政壁垒,加强城市群内部有机融合发展等措施,推动本城市群农业经济健康稳步发展。
[Abstract]:The adjustment of the internal structure of agriculture to make it more reasonable and more coordinated is the inherent requirement for promoting the overall and healthy development of the rural economy, as well as the realization of optimal allocation of production resources and the stimulation of market vitality. The main way to promote the healthy operation of agriculture and rural economy. Wuchang stone urban agglomeration is a regional urban agglomeration supported by the state, a node urban agglomeration on "Silk Road economic belt", and a national optimization of regional development layout and social productivity spatial structure. Cultivate the new economic growth pole on the northern slope of Tianshan Mountain and form a new economic development mode. Based on the endowment of agricultural resources and the present situation of development of Wuchang city agglomeration, this paper chooses the suitable mathematical model to analyze the internal structure of urban agglomeration agriculture, analyzes its existing problems and puts forward the relevant adjustment and optimization ideas. It is of great significance for how to develop the agriculture of many urban agglomerations in China, which is going through or will go through this process. Firstly, based on the related concepts and theories of the internal structure of agriculture, this paper introduces the current situation of the development of the agricultural departments in Wuchang Shi urban agglomeration. Secondly, the selected mathematical model is used to measure the agricultural internal structure of urban agglomeration, and the outstanding problems are discussed. The results show that there are some outstanding problems in urban agglomeration, such as uneven development of various departments in agriculture, low degree of specialization of production, poor radiation power of core cities, the pattern of "princes economy", and the influence on the overall economic optimization of urban agglomeration. Finally, according to the principles to be followed in the adjustment of the agricultural internal structure of the urban agglomeration, the integration of the internal system of the urban agglomeration from the spatial layout of agricultural production, the urban agglomeration, This paper puts forward some relevant ideas on the adjustment of the agricultural internal structure of the urban agglomeration from the aspects of agricultural science and technology achievements extension system construction and so on. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: in the process of agricultural internal structure adjustment, Wuchang City Group should be based on the ecological carrying capacity of water resources, make the industry relevant, suitable for cluster development, and have strong resource support ability. The production departments and agricultural products with small environmental pollution and a large correlation to the total agricultural output value are the focus of the agricultural development of the urban agglomeration, and the development of characteristic agriculture should be developed. At the same time, measures such as breaking down administrative barriers and strengthening the organic integration and development within the urban agglomerations, Promote this urban agglomeration agriculture economy develops steadily and healthily.
