民国时期的租佃关系与农业改进——以四川稻作改良为中心的探讨

【摘要】：就租佃关系对传统农业近代化的影响,学界有截然不同的看法。分析他们的论证后,本文认为其观点并非根本对立,只是他们讨论的对象有所不同。中国地域范围广阔,租佃关系因环境的不同,也具有多样性。故在讨论租佃关系与农业改进时,需要明确研究对象,所得结论也不可随意发散、迁移。就民国后期四川租佃关系而言,其租额高、租期不固定、以纳谷为主的交租方式等,均制约了稻作改良的开展。因而,改造传统农业,须利益合理分配与新技术推广并重。
[Abstract]:There are different views on the influence of tenancy relationship on the modernization of traditional agriculture. After analyzing their arguments, this paper thinks that their views are not fundamentally opposite, but the objects they discuss are different. China has a wide geographical range, tenancy relationship due to the different environment, also has diversity. Therefore, when discussing the tenancy relationship and the improvement of agriculture, we should make clear the object of study, and the conclusions should not be dispersed and migrated at will. In the later period of the Republic of China, the rent amount of Sichuan tenancy is high, the lease period is not fixed, and the way of paying rent mainly by the grain restricts the development of rice improvement. Therefore, the transformation of traditional agriculture, should be reasonable distribution of benefits and new technology extension equal emphasis.
