绿都集团发展战略研究

【摘要】：中国经济目前处于重要的转型阶段,作为一个以农业为主的国家,如何将农业产业链整合起来,并形成竞争力,是目前的重要问题之一。并且这种形势下,有利于中国农业产业化龙头企业加入到市场竞争当中,参与农业产业价值链竞争与分工,促进企业进入一个更高的发展阶段。过去几年国家也加大对农业产业化发展的政策支持力度,农业产业化龙头企业的竞争格局开始形成。2012年绿都集团股份有限公司完成了重组工作,经过两年时间,企业经营开始好转,品牌意识逐渐加强,但是如何在国内外日益加强的竞争压力中脱颖而出,迎接全球产业价值链整合机遇,实现企业的可持续发展,是目前企业需要关心的问题。本文首先论述了绿都集团的发展现状,包括企业的基本情况、重组改革的现状、重组改革的成果、企业经营的规模和特色等,同时提出了企业经营的构想;其次,采用PEST模型和五力模型对绿都集团经营的政治、经济、技术、社会、行业现有的竞争状况、潜在进入者的威胁、供应商的议价能力、购买者的议价能力以及替代品的威胁等因素进行战略分析;然后采用SWOT模型分析了绿都集团发展的自身情况,提出绿都集团发展战略定位,重点对稻米的收购、经营进行了研究,确立了企业发展的战略目标;再次,在调研分析的基础上,总结了绿都集团发展中存在的问题,提出了绿都集团发展战略指导思想等;最后,有针对性提出了绿都集团发展的战略对策。
[Abstract]:China's economy is in an important stage of transformation. As an agriculture-oriented country, how to integrate the agricultural industry chain and form the competitiveness is one of the important problems at present. Under this situation, it is advantageous for the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization to join in the market competition, participate in the competition and division of labor in the agricultural industry value chain, and promote the enterprises to enter a higher stage of development. In the past few years, the state has also increased its policy support for the development of agricultural industrialization, and the competitive pattern of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization has begun to take shape. In 2012, the Green Capital Group Co., Ltd. completed its reorganization work. After two years, Enterprise management is beginning to improve, brand awareness is gradually strengthened, but how to stand out in the increasingly competitive pressure at home and abroad, meet the opportunities of integration of global industrial value chain, and realize the sustainable development of enterprises, At present, enterprises need to be concerned about. This paper first discusses the current situation of the development of Green Capital Group, including the basic situation of enterprises, the status quo of restructuring reform, the achievements of restructuring reform, the scale and characteristics of enterprise management, and puts forward the concept of enterprise management. Secondly, using PEST model and five-force model to deal with the political, economic, technological, social and industry competitive situation, the threat of potential entrants, the bargaining power of suppliers. The buyer's bargaining power and the threat of alternatives are analyzed strategically; Then SWOT model is used to analyze the development of Lvdu Group, and the strategic orientation of Lvdu Group is put forward. The research on the purchase and management of rice is focused on, and the strategic goal of enterprise development is established. Thirdly, on the basis of investigation and analysis, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the development of the Green Capital Group, and puts forward the guiding ideology of the Development Strategy of the Green Capital Group. Finally, it puts forward the strategic countermeasures of the development of the Green Capital Group.
