黑龙江省农村微型企业创业环境对创业绩效的影响研究

【摘要】：2015年政府工作报告中提出大力发展众创空间,中小微企业大有可为,要扶上马、送一程,使“草根”创新蔚然成风、遍地开花。要在战略上,对现有的经济结构进行相应调整,以便对小微企业的成长进行支持。深入拓展微型企业,通过创业来推动就业,将人民群众面对的生活困难这一问题,加大力度解决。作为一项重要的载体,农村的微型企业发挥着多重作用,包括农民收入增长,解除农村社会生产力的束缚,使其得以成长发展,进而通过这种创业推动就业。在黑龙江省经济社会的生长过程中,面向农村的微型企业在多个方面都发挥了重要作用,同时作为推动我省经济发展的重要力量,它还可以促进经济发展、提高就业、使财政收入增多。在创业活动中,会有诸多因素对其产生影响,而创业环境的支撑体系就是其中关键要素,同时,对农村微型企业来说,其自身创业绩效水平的高低,也会受到这一支撑体系优劣的左右。我省隶属欠发达地区,因而对我省经济发展来说,诸多微型企业的创业就显得意义重大。通过对黑龙江地区农村微型企业创业环境的发展方向、发展重点做出合理的预测,并据此提出发展目标,为使农村微型企业绩效得以改进,让政府以及企业相关的部门,能够推出更好的政策,提供相应的参考比对。为搭建研究的基础理论平台,文章以相关概念作为切入点,从农村微型企业、创业环境、创业绩效三方面进行了相关分析。在黑龙江省的农村微型企业,其自身的创业绩效会受到创业环境的影响,以此作为研究的主体,并立足于实地调研,针对黑龙江省农村微型企业,对其创业环境和创业绩效的现状,进行实地调查,介绍黑龙江省农村微型企业创业的行业分布、初始投资情况、风险意识、存在的困难等内容,对黑龙江省农村微型企业,针对其创业环境的分析,要从市场经营环境、政策环境、服务资源环境和人文环境等方面着手,并从生存、成长、创新绩效三个角度入手进行动现状分析。以SEM模型为基础,从有形环境、无形环境分析黑龙江省农村微型企业创业环境构成维度,在初始因素、中介因素、提升因素三个方面分析黑龙江省农村微型企业创业绩效构成维度。进行创业环境对黑龙江省农村微型企业创业绩效影响的定性分析,从假设入手,进行样本数据的分析与处理,选取结构方程模型,解析创业绩效受创业环境的影响。从创业环境角度提高黑龙江省农村微型企业创业绩效的建议,以计量结果为基础,提出优化黑龙江省农村微型企业生存绩效、成长绩效、创新绩效的建议,稳定高速地促进黑龙江省农村微型企业成长。
[Abstract]:In the 2015 government work report, it is proposed that the small and medium-sized enterprises should make great efforts to develop innovative space, so that the "grass roots" innovation will become a trend and blossom everywhere. Strategically, the existing economic structure should be adjusted to support the growth of small and micro enterprises. Further expand microenterprises, promote employment through entrepreneurship, and intensify efforts to solve the problem of living difficulties faced by the people. As an important carrier, micro-enterprises in rural areas play many roles, including the increase of farmers' income, the lifting of the shackles of rural social productive forces, the development of their growth, and the promotion of employment through this kind of entrepreneurship. In the process of economic and social growth in Heilongjiang Province, rural microenterprises have played an important role in many aspects. In order to improve the performance of rural microenterprises, the government and the relevant departments of enterprises can make a reasonable forecast on the development of rural microenterprises' entrepreneurial environment in Heilongjiang province, and put forward the development goals accordingly, so as to improve the performance of rural microenterprises, so that the government and the relevant departments of enterprises can improve the performance of rural microenterprises. In order to set up the basic theory platform of the research, this paper takes the related concept as the breakthrough point, carries on the correlation analysis from the rural microenterprise, the entrepreneurial environment, the entrepreneurial performance three aspects. Rural micro-enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, their own entrepreneurial performance will be affected by the entrepreneurial environment, as the main body of research, and based on field research, aiming at rural micro-enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, On the basis of field investigation, the paper introduces the distribution, initial investment, risk consciousness, difficulties and so on of rural micro enterprises in Heilongjiang province. In view of the analysis of its entrepreneurial environment, it is necessary to start from the aspects of market management environment, policy environment, service resource environment and humanistic environment, and analyze the dynamic status quo from three angles of survival, growth and innovation performance. On the basis of SEM model, this paper analyzes the dimension of rural micro-enterprise entrepreneurial environment in Heilongjiang Province from the physical environment and intangible environment, in the initial factors, intermediary factors, Three aspects of promotion factors analysis of rural micro enterprises in Heilongjiang Province entrepreneurial performance dimensions. This paper analyzes the impact of entrepreneurial environment on the entrepreneurial performance of rural micro-enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, starting with assumptions, analyzing and processing the sample data, selecting the structural equation model, and analyzing the impact of entrepreneurial environment on entrepreneurial performance. Based on the measurement results, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the performance of rural micro-enterprises in Heilongjiang Province from the perspective of entrepreneurial environment. The suggestions of optimizing the survival performance, growth performance and innovation performance of rural micro-enterprises in Heilongjiang Province are put forward. Stable and high speed to promote the growth of rural micro enterprises in Heilongjiang Province.
