新农村建设背景下的大庆地区农民专业合作社发展研究

【摘要】：新农村建设是我国的一项重大战略举措,而农民专业合作社在新农村建设中发挥重要作用,是新农村建设的重要载体和关键力量。在新农村建设背景下大力发展农民专业合作社对促进农民增收、加快农业发展和加强农村建设意义重大。大庆地区是黑龙江省重要的商品粮等产品生产基地。近年来,大庆地区农民专业合作社发展取得显著成绩,却也存在诸多问题和制约因素。在新农村建设背景下探索解决这些问题和制约因素的解决办法,加快该区农民专业合作社发展,进而推动大庆地区新农村建设,形成新农村建设与农民专业合作社发展良性互动的局面具有十分重要的现实意义。本文首先对农民专业合作社和新农村建设的概念进行界定,接着探讨了新农村建设与农民专业合作社发展的关系。然后,阐述了文章涉及的基础理论,为后面的研究提供理论支撑。本文分析了新农村建设背景下大庆地区农民专业合作社发展现状,指出了存在的优势、问题和制约因素。总结了国内外农民专业合作社发展经验,并从中得到启示。在结合当地农民专业合作社发展实际和借鉴国内外农民专业合作社发展经验的基础上,提出了新农村建设背景下大庆地区农民专业合作社发展战略,并提出了若干对策建议,以供决策参考。
[Abstract]:The construction of new countryside is an important strategic measure in our country, and farmers' specialized cooperatives play an important role in the construction of new countryside, which is an important carrier and key force in the construction of new countryside. Under the background of new rural construction, it is of great significance to develop farmers' specialized cooperatives to increase farmers' income, accelerate the development of agriculture and strengthen rural construction. Daqing area is an important commodity grain production base in Heilongjiang Province. In recent years, the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Daqing area has made remarkable achievements, but there are also many problems and constraints. In the context of new rural construction, the paper explores the solutions to these problems and constraints, speeds up the development of farmers' specialized cooperatives in this area, and then promotes the construction of new rural areas in Daqing. It is of great practical significance to form a positive interaction between the construction of new countryside and the development of farmers' professional cooperatives. This paper first defines the concept of farmers' professional cooperatives and new rural construction, and then discusses the relationship between the construction of new rural areas and the development of farmers' professional cooperatives. Then, the article related to the basic theory, for the following research to provide theoretical support. This paper analyzes the present situation of the development of farmers' specialized cooperatives in Daqing area under the background of new rural construction, and points out the advantages, problems and restrictive factors. This paper summarizes the development experience of farmers' professional cooperatives at home and abroad, and gets enlightenment from them. On the basis of combining the development practice of local farmers' specialized cooperatives and drawing on the development experience of domestic and foreign farmers' professional cooperatives, this paper puts forward the development strategy of farmers' professional cooperatives in Daqing area under the background of new rural construction, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
